Perevislov S. N., Tomkovich M. V., Markov M. A., Kuznetsov Yu. A., Kravchenko I. N. — Liquid phase sintered carbidesilicon materials with increased notch toughness

A SiC-based material with an oxide sintering additive of eutectic composition was obtained in the MgO—Y2O3—Al2O3 system is obtained by method of liquid phase sintering.
When β-SiC powder is used as an initial component and the high-temperature holding time is increased during materials sintering, a β → α phase transition of silicon carbide and formation a structure characterized mainly by elongated α-SiC grains occur. A complete transition of the cubic 3C-SiC modification to the hexagonal 4H- and 6H-SiC fulfill at 8 h high-temperature exposure. By adjusting the structure due to the introduction of β-SiC particles and the implementation of the β → α phase transition at a significant time of high-temperature exposure, it is possible to obtain SiC materials with an increased notch toughness coefficient up to K1C = 6.4 ± 0.2 MPa•m1/2.

In the present work roughness is determined as a function that depends on the speed of drilling and the vertical speed feed. The objective is to obtain a mathematical model that describe drilling of synthetic granite for that purpose was adopted the theory of fracture mechanics in the form of cracks in brittle materials such as granite and glass. As drill advances into the work piece, synthetic granite fractures in special way. During the processing of synthetic granite a complex fracture is developed inside of the work piece due to a formation of plastic zones in the brittle material. Because of formation of plastic zones, main deformations occur and formation of micro cracks in the synthetic granite.
The analysis of these phenomena and physical properties of synthetic granite allowed obtaining a mathematical model to describe the process of drilling synthetic granite.

Edigarov V. R. — Friction-electric modification of the machine parts surface with nanosized carbon materials

The technology of friction-electric modification of the machine parts surfaces with nanosized carbon materials is considered. The method of modifying the surface layer by implantation of nanodiamonds, with the aim of increasing the wear resistance of the parts forming the tribo-conjugation of multi-purpose tracked and wheeled vehicles, is researched.

In this work, the team of authors investigated the possibility of using porosity of ceramic coatings synthesized by the microarc oxidation of aluminum for the formation of cermet coatings. Experimentally proved that at electrochemical nickel plating of MAO coatings, it is possible to obtain cermet coatings. It shown that the nickel introduction into the ceramic matrix of the MAO coating obtained in a silicate-alkaline electrolyte eliminates the formation of through pores. The effect of current characteristics and the concentration of a silicate-alkaline electrolyte on the oil absorption of the formed ceramic coatings during microarc oxidation of aluminum experimentally were proved.

The article describes the original design of the spiral Electromechanical coupling, which is characterized by reliability, adaptability, universality relatively well-known in practice. At the same time, a mathematical model is presented for the first time with the support of the engineering method of calculation and further with software maintenance with further optimization.

To ensure a stable release of products with a given level of quality at an optimal cost price, it is necessary to coordinate models and methods for diagnosing of the technological equipment state and implemented technological processes. In addition to the unity of the language, digital counterparts of products and production should have a combination of properties that allow through the use of a diagnostic, control and technological processes management to provide the ability of control action in real time, or with some lead. In complex systems defined by sets of interrelated parameters, it is necessary to determine the prevailing factors — objective process meters that make the most significant contribution to the reliability of the system. The article suggests the sequence of the proposed methods and approaches for solving the problems of model matching substantiates the optimization of control actions strategies that can be algorithmized if the distribution of failures is established reliably.

The issues of the documents harmonization and actualization on aspects such as standardization on the example of all-Russian classifiers (all-RC) of technical, economic and social information are considered. The place of the all-Russian standards classifier in the system for preparing standardization documents, as well as the relationship between all-RC and the state standard specification nomenclature is indicated. The necessity of actualization and harmonizing documents in the field of standardization for ensuring the innovative development of advanced technologies in the domestic industrial sector is marked.
