Rymkevich A. I., Таrnovskiy А. I., Geller A. B., Gudenko A. S. — Influence of microalloying with the lanthanum subgroup elements on the welded seam toughness of 12 % chromium steel

The work conducted comparative studies of the properties of seam metal and metal single-layer surfacing, made by electrodes for manual arc welding, in the coating of which varied the content of metal oxides subgroup lantan. The results of the distribution of nonmetallic inclusions by size and chemical composition are presented. It is shown that the number of submicron non-metallic inclusions increases in proportion to the content of lantanoid oxides in the coating. At the same time, there was an increase in temporary resistance to rupture and relative narrowing of the seam metal while reducing the values of relative lengthening. The increase in the number of submicron particles in the melted chrome metal leads to its dispersion hardening (hardening), which explains the increase in the values of shock viscosity and hardness of the metal. The increase in the viscosity of the unloading of the melted metal, while increasing the content of REE, indicates a decrease in the propensity of this metal to fragile destruction.

Makarov G. I., Alieva A. U. — Differentiation of regulatory requirements for welded pipes fracture toughness for main oil pipelines and oil product pipelines depending on the pipes strength class and the pipeline operating parameters

The article presents the results of the calculated assessment of the standardized fracture toughness indicators (CTOD) of welded pipes for main oil and oil product pipelines, depending on the pipes strength class and the pipeline operating parameters. As a similarity criterion for such a differentiated approach to assessing the fracture toughness CTOD, the value of the critical size of a conditional fracture-like defect characteristic of pressure vessels sheet structures is taken. The results obtained represent differentiated regulatory requirements for the crack resistance of welded pipes for main oil and oil product pipelines, intended for use in the development and updating of federal and industry-specific pipe regulation documents.

Lastovirya V. N., Krylov K. A., Leonov A. V. — The dependence of power losses for radiation from a vapor-plasma crater at electron beam welding with the parameters of its shape

Thermal radiation from a cylindrical vapor-plasma torch depending on the parameters of its shape at metal fusion penetration by an electron beam is considered. Expressions for the heat flux as a function of the crater depth and radius are obtained by integrating the heat flux density over the crater surface.

Platonov V. I., Romanov P. V., Chudin V. N. — Pressure welding of corpsl honeycomb panels

The scheme of pressure welding and the ratio for calculating the technological modes of the manufacturing process of housing cellular panels from sheet materials are proposed. The creep equation is used. The estimation of the damage rate of the workpiece material is given. The calculation results and product samples are presented.

Efimenko N. G., Artemova S. V. — Thermocycles of thermal processes when making multilayer welds on steels 15Kh1M1FL

Thermal cycles for steel 15ХМ1FL manual arc welding with a stick electrode performed by reverse — stepwise method (RSM) with heating up to 300 °C; by method of a cross slide (MCS) without heating and with heating up to 200 °C are determined.
The maximum temperatures of thermal cycles are set. Cooling rate in the range W06/5 = 8—10 °С/s at MCS welding without heating gives grounds to recommend this method for industrial purposes.

This work is devoted to the applied possibilities of the selective laser melting technology in the rocket industry. The properties of stainless steel formed by volumetric growth at various modes are investigated; the influence of the laser main parameters of laser treatment on the properties of the material is traced. The formation of the smallest possible size of the structures of the cooling path of LRE has been worked out. As a result of the performed work, a model of the liquid rocket engine (LRE) cooling path with a developed heat exchanger surface was manufactured and tested.

Feofanov A. N., Ovchinnikov V. V., Gubin A. M. — Metal inclusions in the seams and fracture of the tool during friction stir welding of aluminum alloys

It is shown that the appearance of foreign metal inclusions in the seams of aluminum alloys made by friction stir welding is a consequence of the interaction of the working tool with the metal being welded, as well as the tool wear itself. The working tool fracture occurs when a tribological layer is formed on the tool surface as a result of the welded metal diffusion interaction and the tool material. The formation of the tribological layer is accompanied by the formation of aluminum penetration tongues along the grain boundaries into the steel from which the tool is made. Foreign metal inclusions are an intermetallic iron-aluminum particles of the FeAl3 type, which are detached from the tool surface and get mixed in the weld metal. It was found that tool wear increases with an increase in the temporary resistance of the welded aluminum alloy and with the presence of reinforcing ceramic particles SiC in its structure.

Gryazev N. V., Shamov Е. М., Markushov Yu. V. — Classification of laser welding methods with high-power fiber lasers

The invention of the first laser radiation source dates back to the middle of the 20th century. Since then, lasers with different design, power, wavelength and operating modes have become widespread. The volume of their application in industry is constantly growing, as is evidenced by marketing research [1]. The machines for laser cutting and marking can be found in many metalworking enterprises. The benefits of using laser technologies are obvious: high speeds, accuracy and quality of processing, low prime cost and a high degree of labor automation make the cost-beneficial of the process of laser treatment process. The classification of laser welding methods through the use of powerful fiber lasers is considered in this article.

ECONOMIC AND PRODUCTION ORGANIZATION

Petrov P. Yu. — Social consequences of technological progress

The article describes a model of structuring society based on social security of technological processes of social production. A functional description of the relationship between the number of social groups depending on the technological development of society and social perception of the quality of life, which is determined by the relationship between the values of labor productivity and the rate of consumption is considered. It is shown that various types of social conditions are determined by the presence and size of the "non-technological" group, i.e. that part of society that is not associated with the implementation of technological processes of social production.
