Starchenko Ye. G., Feklistov S. I., Yershov A. A. — Development and FE simulation of arc welding technology of hard-rolled funnels from new austenitic steels

For manufacture of units of a utilities equipment working at temperatures up to 750 °C the technology is designed and the FE computer simulation combined TIG and MMA welds of experimental austenitic steel is conducted. The trials of mechanical properties and metallographic analysis have acknowledged the satisfactory characteristics stress and plastic properties of weld joints and absence of propensity to a hot cracking at welding steel of new austenitic steel.

Poletika I. M., Krylova T. A., Tetyutskaya M. V., Makarov S. A. — Formation of structure of wear-resistant coatings at electron beam surfacing of tungsten carbide

The coatings are formed by the method of vacuum-free electron beam surfacing of tungsten carbide powder on the low-carbon steel. The structure, hardness and wear resistance of these coatings depends on specific surface energy of radiation. It is shown that the structure carbide inclusions in austenite matrix possesses the properties. Such structure is similar to hard alloy structure, the principle of operation of which bases on compromise between the strength and elasticity. Heat treatment of the pads leads their structure to a single view and improves hardness and wear resistance. The additional improvement of properties takes place at the introduction of modificator.

The methods of supporting of synthesis arc bacing coith using of holding, forcing out, vibroimpact and cutting actions. The conception of wasteless coorking with the help of cutting was developed. Also a serie of technological thechigues such as flecible allaging and nanoarmoring, multielectrode processess, directed cooling wete developed. That expended technological possibilities of bacing.

The technology of the brazing of high-strength permanent joints of single-crystal alloys is given after the example of alloy ЖС32. The surface preparation technology for residual stress relieving after mechanical treatment is developed. The results of strength tests of brazed joints of alloy ЖС32 are given.

Bulychev V. V., Latypov R. A. — Formation of centres of gripping of homogeneous metals at electric-contact welding

On the basis the dislocation hypothesis of the formation of welded compound without the melting of the combinable metals is developed the theoretical model of the forming of the centers of gripping homogeneous metals during the electric-contact welding. Dependences for the calculated estimation of the sizes of the centers of gripping are obtained.

Under conditions of Novokuznetsk Tank Metal Structures Plant open joint stock Company, the new technology for welding of tank shell walls of tanks, working under conditions of low negative temperatures, with the use of electrode wires Св-08ГА, Св-10НМА and fluxes АН-348А, АН-67 and АН-60 was developed and mastered.

New equipment for orbital welding in Russia

The description of the process "orbital welding" is given, and equipment of foreign companies such as AXXAIR, ORBITEC and ORBITALSERVICE is described for its realization. The equipment is supplied by "Intertekhpribor M", LTD.

The technologies of intermediate coating and diffusion welding of standard columnar laboratory specimens of the joint of the austenitic steel and titanium alloy are well-tested. Materials for the intermediate coating are chosen. Tensile tests on the welded joints are carried out at the temperature of 18—20 °C. The technology of copper coating on steel and niobium coating on titanium is the most prospective.

This article contains a development review of modern enterprise management process. Taking into account the development of industry sector shows the complexity of competition for leadership and the need for innovative technologies in the enterprise management system. Described the complexity of implementing automated innovations and the consequences of wrong choices for integrated development of modern industrial enterprises in Russia. The problems encountered in the implementation of automated control systems. There are some criteria for selecting automation. When you select a plan for the development businesses need a clear understanding its future development. It is also necessary to take into account all the costs (financial, labor, time) spent on the introduction of automated control systems. It should be kept in mind that the positive effect is usually seen immediately, but after some time.
