A physical analogue of the metal force plasticization method of the aircraft components using spherodynamics effect is described. Dynamics of the spherodynamic vibrating system behaviour at the first three stages of the spherodynamics effect realization is determined. A mathematical model of the metal force plasticization method of the aircraft components using spherodynamics effect is developed.

Fomin A. A. — Profiled surface formation from material with heterogeneous properties

Research results of a work surface formation of a workpiece with anisotropic properties are covered; the work part has no developed technological location surfaces. A mathematical model of the geometrical error forming during the form milling process of slab unbarked surface, which may be used for prognostication of expected processing accuracy, is developed.

Zakharov A. G. — Plastic forming technology of the inner fillers for sandwich panels from one-piece material

Different types of constructions and process installations for volumetric filler obtaining for sandwich panels are considered. Compression mechanical test results of the sandwich panels with different inner filler types are described. Guidance for cellular filler application in the mounts of aircraft engine and of airframe is offered.

Boykachev V. N. — EMC-based quality rating techniques and means of equipment and control computer systems

Contemporary approaches to problem-solving of accuracy and reliability increase of the EMC-based check test of air-borne digital electronics are covered. In order to determine critical hardware in the control computer systems, component cells and units of separate equipment, it is suggested to use test-decomposition method, based on application of special test-programmes influencing on the object under test at the moment of reading the values of voltage and radio-noise intensity. Test-programme development requirements are formulated, as well as special features of testing uniprocessor and multiprocessor control computer systems aimed at maxima detection of EMC data.

Moskvin V. K. — Mathematical modelling of a generic driving gear for processing robots

Issues of developing structural pattern and mathematical model of a generic driving gear for an industrial robot to be used as a loading device in the NC machine tools are covered. A structural model of the generic driving gear is designed on the base of the study of transfer functions of the drive segment-components is developed. The obtained data is used for compiling an algorithm and software to compute transition function of a drive of specific version.
