Research results of a possibility of AutoCAD 2012 system application as software for metallographic analysis are presented by an example of grey iron of cupola heat. Methodological guidelines of software application for metallographic analysis by planimetric and point methods are suggested.

BLANK PRODUCTION

Vlasov A. F., Makarenko N. A. — Electroslag remelting on the solid start using bifilar circuit of the process with exothermal electroconductive fluxes

Experimental methods established that developed method using a solid start with exothermic fluxes of conducting an electric current in the solid state, significantly reduces the time needed to slag bath required amount. The proposed method using start exothermic flux has no negative effect on the quality of the bottom of the ingot. The technological process of accelerated guidance slag bath solid start on the scheme of bifilar process. The properties of cast steel electro slag 5XHM satisfy the requirements to the mechanical properties of forged metal kirn open smelting.

Cherepakhin A. A., Vinogradov V. M. — Effect of the gear teeth shaping method on the gear performance criteria

The article provides a comparison of methods gear rims. It is shown, using the technique of copying allows not only to improve the accuracy of processing, and reduce by 10—15 % concentration of stresses in a dangerous section and accordingly increase the bending strength of teeth on 20—40 %.

In article process of electroabrasive grinding of oil flutes on working surfaces of the deforming lingering tool is considered. The resulted equations of movement of movement of individual abrasive grain, calculation of its trajectory, traces of cutting of several grains has allowed to formulate requirements to geometry abrasive brusok and to make recommendations and about processing modes.

In article the modern method of an assessment of developed configurations of the assembly equipment for a choice of optimum option is offered at the set restrictions. The program of modeling of work of the flexible assembly automated lines which allows to choose the most rational parameters of an assembly line is developed.

Kopylov L. V., Petukhov S. L., Dmitriyev Yu. M. — Uprating of rotor-type aggregates’ operating characteristic on the basis of assembly improvement

There is information about the new method of assembling rotor units in which the most important indicator is the minimum uniform air gap rotor—stator. The most important feature of this method is using enforcement procedures combining geometric axes of the rotor and stator of the central opening. The method provides a productive assembly of precision electrical rotor units with nominal gap of 0,1—0,2 mm. The principal difference of this method is the absence of additional requirements to improve the accuracy of assembly units.

Bobovich B. B. — Functionally oriented use of glues in auto assembly

Research results of the properties of the up-to-date structural glues and sealants are covered, and recommendations of their application in auto construction and its units are offered. Range and main areas of structural glues’ application in auto assembly manufacturing under conditions of conveying production are considered. Merits of glue joints and possibilities of establishing function-oriented operating procedures of auto assembly production aimed at achievement of the set characteristic of automotive engineering are shown.

Kuznetsov P. M. — On-line development of process planning systems in machine-building production

The article considers issues of creating purposeful medium under conditions of up-to-date engineering production, as well as approaches to solve the task of construction of virtual and venture enterprises. Due to the fact that the lifetime of many industrial projects has limited time, there is a necessity of modelling temporal manufacturing systems on the basis of generalized production system. The author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to build purposeful systems for process designing which can provide good results in a limited time frame.

Vyacheslavova O. F. — Computer retrofitting of measurements on the basis of fractal analysis

An analysis of negative factors causing product degradation in engineering field was carried out. The author shows a necessity of developing intelligent computer retrofitting, which is one of the lines of CALS technologies development in metrology and metrological assurance of production. Software for automated processing of the geometric parameters measurements of the surface details of rocket space equipment was created. It considers not only the standard parameters of the surface roughness, but also the so-called fractal dimensions.

Martishkin V. V., Zadornov K. S. — Quality control algorithm of technical produce at the stage of detail designing

The authors describe possible ways to expand the functions of the metrological service at enterprises operating within CALS technologies by introducing qualimetry examination of the drawings of parts and assembly units, i.e. introduction of function of the expected quality level of the developed products and elaborating of the suggestions to improve these products. An algorithm for quality improving of the developed product was created, which after been implemented as a computer programme may be introduced into the existing CALS technologies.
