The possibility of building internal kinematic chains in the form of hydraulic connections on the basis of hydraulic drive stepper machine tools with complex formative movements in order to increase accuracy by reducing the length of the kinematic chains, reduce the metal, creating a rational design of the machine, using aggregate-modular approach tj the design and construction of the kinematic chains machines.

The article presents the CNC modernization results of the milling and boring machine 2A656F11 by replacing CNC "Size 2M-1104" on modern TSSUI LIR -581. This permits to raise accuracy, increase reliability and extend the range of workpieces machining.

Zhetesova G. S., Zharkevich O. M., Pleshakova E. A. — Gas-thermal coatings hardening by pulsed laser radiation

Increasing the service life of the machine parts successfully achieved by applying thermal coatings and their subsequent laser hardening. The paper presents the basic methods of laser treatment.
Modes are given on the laser reflow. The dependences of the depth, width and average microhardness of the melted samples from specific heat of input laser reflow are described in the article. Found that in the depth of the zone reflow in PG-CP3 (Ni-Cr-Si-B-Fe)-coating reaches 0,3—0,6 mm.

The article is about investigating of heat effects taking place while drying and sintering of silver containing paste, used to get low temperature joints in system of "Si on Mo" for semiconductor elements. It was investigated the modifications in form and size of silver particles taking place during drying at different temperatures. The relationship between micro hardness of sintered layers and temperature was investigated.

Vlasov A. F., Makarenko N. A., Chigarev V. V., Volkov D. A. — Physical model of electroslag process to "solid" start with application of the exothermic electroconductive fluxes

Experimental methods established that the exothermic electrically conductive fluxes provide additional heat in the starting period of electroslag processes and contribute to accelerated prompting slag bath necessary volume to "solid" start. Compiled qualitative scheme of the heat balance of the electroslag process to "solid" start using exothermic flux.
It is proved, that the introduction of exothermic fluxes aluminum as a deoxidizer increases the content in the slag bath of aluminum oxide (Al2O3) and her resistance; thus raises productivity electroslag process.
