Denisov I. V., Saykov I. V., Kapustin R. D. — Production of metallic materials Al + Cu for explosion welding of the electrical contacts

The present work is devoted to obtaining an electroconductive bimetallic material aluminum + copper for the production of electrical contacts and adapters by explosion welding. The utilization perspective of a damping layer for protecting the metal plate surface at the bimetal M1 + AD1 manufacturing is shown. The conditions for obtaining bimetal by explosion welding via an explosive substances represents the mixture of microporous ammoniac nitre with diesel fuel into corelation 96:4 are determined. The structure influence on the physical and mechanical properties of bimetallic material (tensile strength, resistance to shear and bending, specific electroconductivity) is stadied.

Bestuzheva O. V., Fedorenko M. A., Bondarenko Yu. A., Sanina T. M. — The research of the cutoff area dependence from technological parameters and rotational processing modes of the large-size parts

The mathematical model for the large-size parts processing having a shape similar to a truncated cone is developed, actual shear area, its dependence from technological and geometrical parameters is calculated. This allows to set the optimal values of technological modes for shaping a cylindrical surface with through the use of attached machine.

Andreyashchenko V. A. — Finite element analysis of the stress state at forging the instrument with movable elements

In this paper the stress state forming in the blank at the blacksmithing broaching throhgh the use of the tool with movable elements is studied. It was revealed that compressive stresses prevail in the researched tool during the deformation, having the positive effect on the machined blank quality. Even the maximum main normal stresses have compessing nature at low tensile stresses.
Stress state study was carried out by computer simulation through the use of software package DEFORM 3D. The received results predict the efficiency of the new instrument utilization at the cylindrical blank machining.

Zaydes S. A., Vulykh N. V. — The influence of electro-hydroimpulsive treatment on the quality of restored parts such as bushings

The author analyses methods to restore piston pins of internal-combustion engine. He determines the advisability to use the method electrohydroimpulse restoration of details of type of sleeves. Refined process conditions electrohydroimpulse recovery — discharge voltage and forms electroexplosion wire — to obtain deformed sleeves with minimal deviation from the cylindricalness and roundness in length. Parsed character of changes in the microhardness of a deformed samples — is determined by the degree of hardening with the increase of the discharge voltage.

MACHINE-TOOL AND CUTTING TOOLS PRODUCTION

Bogachev I. I., Klimov V. N., Aleshin S. V., Sapronov I. Yu. — The deep ion-plasmous technology of the cutting tool nitriding

The technology of the deep nitrided layer (2,5 mm deep) producing on tool steels by application of the ion-plasmous nitriding for a short time interval (0,5—2 hours) and subsequent standard heat treatment is considered. The wear resistances tests results of the cutting tool insert made from steel R6M5 and processed in accordance with stated deep nitriding technology are adduced. It is shown that a tool high wear resistance is maintained even after the instrument for tool resharpening to depth of 0,8 mm.

Tsys D. G., Shulepov A. V. — The technological welding process (gluing) of thin polymer films on the basis of the management measuring information system

Obtainment of qualitative seams when welding (splicing) thin polymer films is considered. Influence of the available tool on the process results is estimated and guidance on tool characteristic updating, welding (splicing) process control modes to improve obtained seams are offered.
A mathematical model of heating process and its heat lag is rated, and on the base of the findings a PID controller is offered.

The modification method of the sandy-polimeric mandrels composition through the introduction of fiberglass elements, allows reducing the mandrel material resistance to the water vapor influence at maintaining the strength properties level, is proposing and testing. The modification permits to raise parts fabrication manufacturability by winding process.

Considered one of the areas of efficiency of electric-processing method (EDM) metal surfaces.

Ivanov D. V., Ivanov V. S. — Vector modeling of the cycloidal shaping process at a cylindrical milling of the surface

The principle of relative motion in the simulation is used. The part and associated coordinate system are fixed away from displacement. The mill is inverted forward motion with a velocity equal in magnitude and opposite of her real feed. Full current displacement of the tool top along abscissa and ordinate is defined by the vector sum of the components of the displacement movements reported.
Coordinate system of equations tops residual profile details section is presented as a model of the form error. Residual cross section limited the ascending and descending branches of the trajectories, respectively preceding and following the incisors. It is found that the model does not have an exact solution, since the equations contain the algebraic and transcendental functions from the current time of formation. An alternative solution based on the model of bringing transcendental algebraic expressions to view is considered. Evaluation of error is given. The dependence of the formation of error is produced. Graphical interpretation of the meter and associated milling is shown.
