Khorev A. I. — Titanium alloys BT18U and ВТ25U recommended for use in the form of sheets in welded structures operating at temperatures 500—700 °C

Distinctive features of welded structural alloys employed at temperatures 500—700 °С is their application flexibility: the ability to produce half-finished sheet metal, good weldability and the ability to carry out sheet metal stamping, bending, flanging. This makes it possible to increase metal application index (MAI) by 4—6 times and to expand the range of manufactured parts and assemblies by 2—4 times. It was established that for use in the stamp-welded aircraft structure with extensive use of sheets, undergoing heating to 500 °C, expediently to recommend alloy ВТ25U, and undergoing heating from 600 to 700 °C, expediently to recommend alloy ВТ18U.

Duyun T. A. — Influence of process parameters on the physical and mechanical properties of copper at turning

The influence of technological cutting parameters on the physical and mechanical properties of copper during turning is considered. In particular the resistance of the material to plastic deformation and cutting is researched. Developed dependenses give opportunity to reasoning assign technological cutting conditions, ensuring maximum performance.

Studied process flow for forming a flexible thin-walled parts with transverse corrugations in the matrix with a rubber plug. Pressure on the plunger by the hydraulic device. Molding corrugation is due to the axial compression of the cylindrical portion of the workpiece and transmit the pressure on the walls of the workpiece.

Lyalyakin V. P., Murzaev V. P., Slinko D. B., Solovev R. Yu. — Physical and mechanical properties of the coatings produced by arc metallization through the use of flux-cored wires

The research results of the coatings physical and mechanical properties obtained by sputtering through the use of the flux-cored wires with the various charge components are adduced. It is noted that the arc sputtering is a productive method that can be applied to wear-resistant, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant coatings. This coatinge limitation is reduced adhesion strength. The analysis of theoretical substantiations on the basis of previous studies with the purpose of the coatings adhesive strength increasing is given. Results of researches on study of microhardness, macrostructure, adhesion strength and the amount of wear of coatings obtained by sputtering through the use of the flux-cored wires are adduced. According to the research results flux-cored wires are identified, which will permit to get enhanced physical and mechanical properties of the coatings.

Ganzales L. F., Shiganov I. N. — Optimization of the wearproof coating from stellite on the steel by using a laser radiation

The article describes methods of optimization of powder laser cladding parameters with Stellite 6 material on the surface of steel AISI 4340. The technology is examined to coat shafts of power equipment, manufactured from the aforementioned steel. Optimization was performed by two methods: 1) experimentally-selective method and 2) processing of experimental results based on statistical models. It is shown that the experimentally-selective method allows some of the most optimal modes to be selected, which provide the greatest resistance to wear. Processing of experimental results based on statistical models allowed the dependence of the geometrical parameters of the roller on cladding modes to be obtained.

Ivanov Yu. V. — Vibration installation of the screw press hammers

Questions of improvement of working conditions on vibrations in forge shops are considered. Results of researches on creation of designs vibration isolation installations screw press-hammers in forge shops as one of versions в vibration isolation the equipment are resulted. For decrease in vertical and horizontal vibrations of the given equipment multisheet springs and cylindrical screw springs which effectively reduce vibrations are used and possess a long resource of work. Recommendations on use of offered designs in forge shops are resulted.

Gopanenko R. V., Gopanenko A. A., Pikalov Ya. Yu., Redkina A. V. — Using a CNC milling machine as a measuring equipment to perform inter-operational control of parts geometric precision

The analysis of domestic and foreign methodics that can be used for evaluation the accuracy of the contact-measuring equipment is adduced. A test methodic order for verification CNC equipment for the implementation of coordinate measurement is described. This paper presents the results of processing the coordinate measurement data produced by HAAS machining center equipped with Renishaw measuring head using a set of length end measures, followed by results treatment through the use of the statistics mathematical theory for the geometric accuracy control. Recommendations for the evaluation of CNC equipment to carry out inter-operational control of the details geometric accuracy are proposed.

Bobrov V. T., Shevaldykin V. G. — Multiple ultrasonic echo signals in a plate. Determination and application

When plane-parallel items direct ultrasonic transducers to the flaw detector screen typically has a lot of echo signals recurring at equal intervals of time. In the time between them can be observed a much smaller amplitude pulses with different repetition intervals. The article shows how you can determine the time of occurrence of any of these pulses, based on the fact that the excitation and reflection of each ultrasonic wave from the surface of the product occurs also transformed the wave of another type. On measuring time intervals between pairs of the first pulses you can calculate the speed of both body waves in the product.

Ivanova V. A., Turishchev K. I., Fedorenko I. V. — Extending the service life of the vessel systems on the basis of electroradio articles at the restoration of technical readiness with the extension of interrepair period

This article considers the question of determining the residual resources of systems with a large amount of electrical radio products (ERP) on the example of life extension system of control, alarm, lock and protect (SCALP). The experience of the authors to determine the systems residual resources designed on the basis of ERP is presented. A comprehensive approach is proposed for decision indicated problem of JSC "NIPTB "Оnega" in the form of a particular sequence of actions, which has been successfully tested for the order systems, repaired in JSC "TsS Zvezdochka".
The article contains the calculation performing methodology of the residual gamma-percent life and the resource used by ERP performed to determine the possibility of their usage in system structure outside conservation period. On the basis of criteria determined by article authors and with usage the results obtained in the course of the calculation, conclusion is made about further application capability of the system ERP or their replace necessity. Recommendations for maintenance general resourse extending measure on the systems ERP are given. On the grounds of calculation data received during resourse extending measure, the authors determined the most correct method of establishing new resource systems indicators in terms of orders repair from a technical state.

The main reasons of residual (internal tensile) stresses, at the application of gas thermal methods of coating depositions, are the sufficient diversity of temperatures of the particles of sprayed material and substrate surface, the specific volumes of the sprayed material particles at the time of their getting onto the substrate and the particles in the cooled state, well as uneven distribution of temperatures on coating section. Based on the theory of hereditary elasticity the mathematical model of theoretical justification of the formation and redistribution process of residual stresses, taking into account the relationship between stress and deformation in the contact zone "coating-base" when heated, and change their mechanical properties is developed. The analytical dependences for the management of such technological parameters as time and heating temperature are proposed.

Golov R. S., Myl'nik A. V. — The fundamentals of implementation of a system of energy saving management at the metallurgical enterprises

Article is devoted to questions of increase in power effectiveness of metallurgical production which technological processes have rather high power consumption leading to body height of prime cost and the terminating price of production. Authors analyze the level of power consumption of production of separate types of metals, and also structure of energy consumption of the metallurgical enterprises in comparison with engineering plants. On the basis of the carried-out analysis authors defined two comprehensive approaches to energy saving: power service and power management. In the context of methodology of power management the structure of a control system of energy saving is created. A number of applied energy saving actions for the metallurgical enterprises is offered.
