Applying the Stat-Ease Design-Expert 7.1.6 software the first stage of the surface grinding robust designing by the microrelief criteria and form accuracy taking into account machining allowance on the absolutely rigid and compliant components is implemented.

Lookin V. I., Afanasyev-Khodykin A. N., Rylnikov V. S. — Special features of the brazed joints from the alloy ЖС36 (ZhS36) 

Production of single-crystal-alloy high-strength permanent joints by an example of the ЖС36 alloy is considered. The ЖС36 alloy brazing practice is developed. The alloy brazing and heat treatment combining possibility is shown. Strength test results of the brazed joints from the alloy ЖС36 are given.

Berger U. — Welding processes optimization by using new electrodes

A wire electrode is developed from a copper-based alloy to weld galvanized steel sheets. The new welding wire ensures better functional capabilities, such as optimized spreading properties, filling of spaces and higher processing rate.

Load and metering characteristic research results of the closed hydrostatic guideways with new lubricant-adaptive-feeding double-flow floating controller are covered. A possibility of obtaining a load characteristic with negative compliance and maximum range of negative eccentricity is established. A procedure of guide parameter optimization by the complex performance criterion ensuring rational combination of load-carrying ability and lubricant consumption is given.

Moskalyov V. S. — Factors influencing on the error determination of the turbopump units' energy characteristics by ther-mometric method

Research results of the thermometric method of turbopump units’ energy characteristic determination at off-line testing on modelling working medium are given, efficiency test error depends not only on accuracy rating of the used working medium parameter measuring instrument, but also on a number of destabilizing factors resulting from the bench test conditions.

Voronkovich V. Z. — Testing-gauging equipment system preparation for the spacecraft electric testing

Scheduling problem of gauging equipment system preparation for testing is stated. Testinggauging equipment (TGE) systems’ reliability index calculation models are designed, as well as models of their preparation process for testing. It is shown that while solving scheduling problem of TGE systems preparation for testing one of the principal stages is selection or creation of the predictable object model.

The process automation present level of the precise hole making NC-controlled machining is described. Main shortcomings of the CAD/CAM-systems are covered. The algorithm complies with the principles modular technology in engineering industry.
