Shakhmatov D. M., Shakhmatov M. V., Usmanova Ye. A. — Load-carrying capacity estimation of the concrete reinforcement butt joints considering stress concentration

Estimated bearing capacity of the concrete reinforcement butt joints taking into consideration structural geometries of the welded joints is covered. The estimates allow analyzing stress concentration factor effect on the welded strength; that in turn permits to reduce stress concentration due to weld seams parameter optimization.

Dispersion research results of the polydisperse particles in the low-temperature plasma stream forming superdispersed particles, nano-particles included are given. The suggested dispersion method may be used for obtaining polydisperse powders, including superdispersed and nano-powders with spherical shape of particles, amorphous, crystalline and amorphous-and-crystalline structure.

Process major factors electrocontactwelding and a metal tape through amorphous tape solder are defined. The equations of regress for definition of durability of connection of a covering with a basis are received at electrocontactwelding through amorphous tape solder, and as depths of a zone of thermal influence depending on capacity of a source and factors of overlapping of welding platforms on diameter and between welding coils.

Influence of the swirl canals in the cutting plasmatron on the speed of the gas flow and the form of plasma jet is investigated. Also an influence of air-gas path profile on the noise radiation of plasmatron is considered. Optimum values of geometrical parameters of the swirl canals are offered.
