Kondratenko L. A. — Special features of heat exchanging pipes re-rolling

Research results of “flaking” along circumferential direction under the influence of tangential stress in the thin layer are described. The allowance for the product to be manufactured depends on the positive effect of the layer abrasive elimination and further surface inspection by dye penetrant flaw detection.

Bityutskaya L. A., Sokolov Yu. V., Spiridonov B. A. — Chromium electrocrystallization characteristics

Using electron microscopic method a morphology of electrolytic chromium plating obtained on a steel substrate from standard electrolyte (250 g/l CrO3 and 2,5 g/l H2SO4) at current density as of 30—60 A/dm2 is studied. It is established that complex-structured spheroids are formed on the areal surface patches with heightened current density. The spheroids’ formation is dependent on the conditions under which crystalline grains’ nucleation is considerably higher than their growth velocity. The largest number of spheroids is formed on the edges of the flat cathode where local current density is essentially higher.

The reasons of pneumatic polishing machine are considered. The results of the tests of maximum permissible vibration levels in workplaces are given. The real methods of vibration decrease of the instrument are examined. In this article there are some recommendations for work with pneumatic polishing machine.

A mathematical model of ballscrew-nut transmission error formation as a result of carrying out operations of transmission assembly is covered. The model allows for computation clearance between separate working members of the ballscrew-nut transmission and operating contact stress in any link for further technique analysis of its hoisting capacity improvement.

An actuating device complex motion mathematical model of automated vacuum processing equipment is developed. The model allows for controlling evenness of the thin filming aimed at improving its evenness. Manufacturing advantages of the coordinate actuating devices compared to planetary design are given, as well as main ways of controlling and improving vacuum thin film deposition evenness.

The functional model of ASSR-technologies is offered and application of the neural-fuzzy management method of development of high and critical technologies in engine-building manufacture is shown in the form of information technology of work integrated-regression networks and use of fuzzy logic for formation of united technologies of aviation engines of new generation. The rational functions describing development of fighters and innovative-investment projects for creation of competitive production are revealed with use of artificial intelligence techniques.

Kladnitsky I. G. — Analytical kinematics of particle motion along a trajectory of a smooth curved line, i. e. arched uniform-measure

State-of-the-art mechanisms, converting uniform rotary motion into reciprocating one have essential shortcoming, i.e. translatory motion both direct and reverse is non-uniform. This is prohibitive in the operation of many mechanisms. Kinematic and force calculation of a four-tier crank mechanism is given, in which uniform translational motion of the link in stroke is specified by the line of arched uniform-measure, eliminating the above stated shortcoming.

Results of the system-structured analysis of the components and assembly units non-destructive testing by X-ray tomography and X-ray diffraction methods are covered. Functional decomposition of the computer-based intelligence system is carried out, which allows to structure engineering process of the similar systems. Position and function of the X-ray tomography and X-ray diffraction methods in the structure of the automated intelligence system are determined.

Yegorova O. S. — Environmental safety management under conditions of industrial enterprise innovative development in Russia

Issues of managing environmental safety to ensure competitive and efficient activity of an industrial enterprise are considered. It is shown that innovative production needs managerial personnel capable of analysing, forecasting, making decisions, assuming the responsibility and taking into account different ecological aspects of the enterprise activity. Results of the environmental policy from the point of social responsibility of the industrial plant are analysed.

Sergeyev A. A. — Competitiveness of machine-building enterprises during crisis

The author analyzes the principal causes of competitiveness decrease of mechanical engineering products during the crisis and underlines the importance of investments for development of innovations. In the article emphasis is placed on the weakening pace of development of mechanical engineering in comparison with a growth rate of extraction of raw materials. The author draws attention to the structure of the Russian economy and caused distortions in the development of industries, identifies the main ways of improving the competitiveness of the industry based on conversion of mechanical, engineering in a competitive, hi-tech and receptive to innovations complex.
