An analysis of copper-based metal-matrix composite materials used in manufacturing of heat-removing bases for power electronics is carried out. Different compositions and types of filling materials (fibres, fractions) are considered, major methods of obtainment of these materials and their basic heat-transfer properties are adduced.

Lazarev D. Ye., Nasad T. G. — Upgrading surface finish quality at bore operations of deep bores

In this paper the method of vortex boring of precise holes was analyzed. There is periodically cutting during the processing of holes, similar to milling. The advantage of this method is the separation of chip into separate fragments, the formation of elemental chip. Also, the advantage of the vortex cutting is providing a high quality surface and high dimensional accuracy, low surface defects and low cutting tool deviation.

Yenek M. — Investigation of tribological properties of the 30ХГСA steel elements machined by the tool clad on the base of multicomponent metal nitride

The article presents results of studies of the wear process sample from hardened steel after machining cutting tool with carbide plates coated with metal nitride-based evaluation of surface roughness and tribological properties.

Gourevich Yu. G., Ovcyannikov V. Ye., Frolov V. A. — A ferrite-pearlite grey cast iron burnisher with working surface alloyed by molybdenum

The technology of the superficial alloyage by molybdenum of ferrito-perlitny gray cast iron pieces be means of the oxidation of its matrix by molybdenum oxide with the subsequent quenching has been developed. Hardness after quenching is commensurable with hardness after quenching of malleable cast iron. Expediency of use of the strengthened samples is proved when manufacturing instruments for roughting for processing of color alloys.

Andryushkin A. Yu. — Monodisperse liquid atomization by the supersonic gas-dynamic method

The organized analysis of the constructive schemes holey revolving device of the crushing (HRDC) and mode of the spraying by means of HRDC. The presented results of the calculation and experimental dependency data of the diameter of the drop not viscous and viscous liquid from angular velocity of the rotation HRDC. The efficient supersonic gas dynamic method is offered for crushing the viscous liquids. Using the supersonic flow of the gas allows vastly to lower the sizes of the drop, but in combination with HRDC, get alike dripped.

Bagaiskov Yu. S. — Composition development of a composite material of tubular filters for process liquid treatment

Filtering features of different process liquids, filter requirements are studied. A filtration facility is considered in which tubular ceramics-based filters are used. Dependences of filter materials’ permeability and durability indices on filter fineness, type and content of binding agent are analyzed.

Lomayev V. I., Sagatelyan G. R. — Computer simulation of the parabolic reflector finishing operation

The article describes working surface finish of a radio antenna parabolic reflector made of a composite material. This operation is carried out on a specialized machine tool by using the method of fixed axes. A special computer program was developed: it allows to calculate the expected real shape of the processed surface depending on a variation of factors of the finishing process. The article suggests a classification of estimated deviations of the processed surface from sphericity. The required accuracy of the surface shape of a paraboloid of revolution is reached by neutralization of initial deviations which arise at forming of a reflector during the finishing process.
