Ostsemin A. A. — Stressed state and strength of an inclined soft interlayer of mechanically heterogeneous welded joints with lack of penetration in the seam centre

The article presents estimation of static strength of the mechanically heterogeneous welded joints with lack of centre fusion. Stressed state of mechanically heterogeneous inclined butt joint with faulty fusion was studied. The suggested estimation procedure of static strength and plasticity of the mechanically heterogeneous welded joints allows to determine bearing capacity by introducing coefficient of mechanical heterogeneity, size of lack of penetration and inclination angle in the design formulae.

Nafikov M. Z. — Formalized description of the welded joint formation at contact wire welding

The restoration of worn shafts by simultaneous one-side contact welding of two steel welding wire is shown as an efficient and productive process. Formal description of the process of welded joint formation in the solid phase is given. The resulted mathematical model can be applied in the process of restoring the worn shafts.

Tests for resistance to peeling of chromo-nickel metal, which was surfased on carbonaceous steel by various technological options are carried out. Application of a way of a surface with simultaneous formation of a high-austenite intermediate layer allows to increase resistance to peeling at essential economy o a high-nickel alloy.

Experimental features of coaxial powder laser cladding alloy Mo + NiCrBSi. According to the results of the multivariate experiment based on indicators identified by the dissolution of iron in overlaid mode parameters of roller surfacing. Technological recommendations are developed.

Novosadov V. S. — Principal process features of soldering steels by composite solder of the system chromium—nickel—manganese

By an example of brazing heat exchangers from steel 12Х18Н10Т, ВНС16 and ВНС25 the authors analyzed application efficiency of multilayer composite brazes of the Cr—Ni—Mn system. The brazed joints are full-strength to steel 12Х18Н10Т in case of optimum brazing data, optimum relationship of coating thickness and sequence of application; such joints have high corrosion stability. When the elements of the composite brazing alloy are applied totally 60 micrometer thick, the spreading area is more than twice wider as compared to strip braze.

Kotelnikov A. A., Rodionova I. N., Alpeyeva E. V. — Economic estimate of the welding production elements

The article presents a list of welding production components and sections of business plan. A procedure of setting of proper output rates in the Delphi environment was developed, as well as computation technique of basic production assets, factor costs, shopfloor-wide expenses, production cost. The authors come to a conclusion that use of the Delphi environment diminishes error probability and significantly reduces execution time for production components’ calculation.
