Gnyusov S. F., Makov D. A. — Structure-phase composition and abrasive wear resistance of austenitic composition coatings. Part 2

The article presents research results of the thermal treatment influence on the formation features of structure-phase composition of composite coatings (Fe—20 % Mn—4 % V—4 % Mo) + + 10 % TiC and (Fe—20 % Ni—4 % V—4 % Mo) + 10 % TiC. The authors showed a possibility of forming multimodal size distribution of the strengthening phase in the volume of the austenitic matrix in the process of combining vacuum electron-beam deposit welding and heat treatment.

The authors analyse works covering certification of grinding tool. They gave grounds to selection of the characteristic for the complex of performance criteria for internal grinding wheels. Methodology of a registration certificate creation for an internal grinding wheel is described, which is illustrated by an example of developing registration certificate of an internal grinding wheel graphically.

Features of the epicyclical misalignment mechanism are considered, axes of their central tooth gears are displaced on set eccentricity. Four schemes of mechanisms with various kinematic possibilities and with a complex plane rotary motion of their output links are received.

The article covers computation for mathematical modelling of cylindrical shell local heating. The model calculation allows for identifying residual stress level in the welded components of a structure with acceptable accuracy in engineering practice.

Nevrovsky V. A. — Regular convective heating mode of cylindrical and plane produce

The paper suggests simple formulas for temperature calculation of moving and resting plane or cylindrical workpieces, being heated by immersing into a hot medium. The formulas are valid when the workpiece temperature approaches to the medium temperature and a concept of a regular thermal regime is applicable.

Belov P. S., Draguina O. G., Nikiforov D. Yu. — 3D models creation technology and rapid prototyping production

The article considers a possibility of rapid prototyping of product pilot samples in engineering industry. A virtual 3D model was created in the CAD system "Kompas-3D" to prototype a sprocket. The ready CAD file was loaded into the application programme of 3D printer where code G of the product obtainment programme had been generated, and then the prototype printing was carried out and used.

The suggested control method of a rubber-like coating on the stages of its fabrication on metallic mounting and emplacement on a dielectric product using vortex-current non-destructive method of testing allowed for providing the required reliability of the thickness gauging over the range of 20 mm and exclude the effect of nuisance parameters.

Ivanov V. A., Erkayev N. V. — Modelling of roller-plate contact if there is lubrication

The article describes a developed calculation procedure of the contact between a roller and an elastic plate of finite size, lubricant layer taken into account. The pressure was determined by solving Reynolds equation, and ANSYS software was used to compute deformation of surface. On the basis of pressure distribution calculation in the area of contact and of deflection of the surface a function of the working surface compliance in the form of Fourier expansion was defined. In order to reduce spurious oscillations (noise) of the compliance function specific smoothing coefficients were introduced. The authors showed the application of the obtained compliance function to solve the problem of elastic hydrodynamic contact iteratively.
