Yeriomin Ye. N. — Low-waste manufacturing technique of the products from high-temperature alloys

Low-waste electroslag casting technique for pieces from high-temperature alloys is suggested. According to this technique electrocinder accumulation of metal in the melting container and moulding are carried out in argon atmosphere. Property comparative analysis of the foundry goods from the ХН67ВМТЮ alloy is given, technology advantages are shown.

Problems of the driveline tongue-and-groove bush load conditions are considered. Practicability of component restoration by plastic forming is substantiated. In accordance with the accepted shaping pattern a knurling installation and design formulae to determine strength characteristic are suggested.

Research results of comparative characteristics of the lathes made by the “Krasny Oktyabr” JSC and by foreign companies under shop conditions are given. It is established that rigidity, accuracy thermal characteristic and processing accuracy, and idle run vibration of the domestic equipment are up-to-date.

Menshenin G. G., Saninsky V. A. — Influence of the dimension chain links tolerance of the coaxial plain bearings on the oil layer characteristic of the coaxial plain bearings

It is proved experimentally and theoretically that reliable performance of the internal combustion engine crankshafts and its bearings depends not only on the running conditions, which feature critical fluid dynamics parameters of the lubricating layer, lubrication thickness, temperature and pressure, it also depends on the sizing error, shape and pillow block arrangement relatively centerline main bearings extreme in the row.
