A designing method allowing changing profile of the swaging part and controlling deflected mode of the continuum at its plastic flow is offered. The obtained database advances development of pressing processes with severe shear deformation of semi-finished products, providing control of their structure and properties in the process of the plastic form change.

Heat and stress state of the hard-metal cutting tool is considered at turning and butt milling. It is shown that factors affecting heat and stress state of the tooling are contact processes in the cutting zone.

Lysenko A. V., Duyun T. A., Ivanaysky V. A. — Geometrical shape change of the large-size thin-walled components from the aluminium alloy B95 at machining process

Geometrical shape change (run-out flatness) is established on the specimens of an airframe part at NC-controlled miller manufacturing in accordance with industry standard cut-map. Geometrical shape change depends on the hereditary thermal stress of the blank parts and on the cutting operation stress.

In paper dials with forms and sizes of particles of products of electroerosive processing with the use of low-energy pulses. The statistical data on size distributions of particles have been obtained. The group of the particles oblate received by mutual sintering and integration has been established. The prospects of improviry the process of electroerosive processing are outlined.

Existing wear resistance increasing methods for the centrifugal pumping equipment of hydrotransport systems are considered. A problem of polymer powder material covering onto the centrifugal wheels of the pump which are products of irregular shapes is settled.

Popov V. A. — Modified external helical gearing of advanced running ability

An improved design of the active surface of gear teeth is offered. It is shown that auxiliary gear works with higher smoothness, stable kinematic accuracy, has high rigidity of the initial geometry, establishing favourable conditions for the self-perfection of the active involute teeth surfaces of the base gear.

Moskaliov V. S., Zagoryansky O. A. — Study of the temperature sensors thermodynamic heating influence on the measurable temperature drop of the pump working medium

The dependence analysis of the temperature drop due to differential of its rates and temperatures in the pump suction and discharge tubes shows that thermodynamic heating of the sensors may significantly influence on the measurement error of the pump body temperature difference and it is necessary to take it into consideration at pump efficiency test by thermodynamic method.

Roughness parameters indicated in the design documentation with respect to parts working surface and tooling subject to wear, according to Russian standards do not describe their wear resistance. By the example of the finish plasmatic hardening with the application of a thin film wear-resistant coating the analysis of international standards ISO 4287:1997 и ISO 13565-2:1996 characterizing surface properties in terms of using roughness parameters respondent for durability of working surfaces was made.
