Yerofeyev V. A., Logvinov R. V., Nesterenkov V. M., Mazo A. B. — Equivalent heat source formation for strain analysis of constructions at electron-beam welding

A method of equivalent source power distribution is developed, which is based on inverse numerical solution of heat conductivity. A possibility of using an equivalent source to solve thermodeformative problems by MARC software is shown; it is sufficient to describe in a special subprogram motion of line of beam action within the finite-element mesh and to recount power distribution to the mesh parameters.

The problem of receiving high-strength brazing joints of heteronymic alloys: monocrystal intermetallic alloy ВКНА-4У and deformed nickel superalloy ЭП975 is lighted in the article. The processes and behavior of solder and brazed materials alloying elements that are taking place during diffusion brazing in the seam and heat effected (near brazing seam) zone, are investigated.

A methodology based on inhomogeneity estimate of values of growth formation duration and drop existence on the electrode tip is offered. It allows obtaining qualitative index for electrode compound homogeneity estimate; the index depends on evenness of binding material distribution in dry charge and of grain distribution of charge materials.

Automatic calculation procedure of the area of X-ray photograph-based faulty soldered crystal-package body joints is developed.
