The calculation methodology of temperature fields in welding with arc trapezoidal oscillation, including the temperature field equation for the layout of the movable surface heat source with a normal distribution, the trapezoidal oscillation equation as the sum of the Fourier series and the experimentally determined dependence of the arc spot heating effective radius r0 from the condition parameters is proposed. Dependence of the effective radius of the arc spot heating effective radius r0 from the condition parameters is obtained by the similarity theory method for CO2 and mixture Ar + 20 % CO2-shielded arc welding of the low-carbon and low-alloy steels. By comparing the calculated temperatures and field experiments results at pipes welding is shown, that the developed calculation method provides temperature fields accuracy sufficient for practical application.

Sholokhov M. A., Erofeev V. A., Poloskov S. I. — Parameters calculating methodology of twin-arc multipass consumable electrode protective-gas shielded welding
The task solving methodology of the parameters values determining, which provide steady arc burning in a narrow groove by methods of computer engineering analysis is considered and the theoretical correlations associating the welding parameters with the size of the joint are adduced. The process technological parameters are determined by solving the inverse problem of the weld pool formation modeling under the influence of two welding arcs in a narrow groove during consecutive spasses. Completed parameter calculations are confirmed by multipass welding in narrow groove.

Automatic submerged arc welding are widely used in the production of nuclear power plants from heat-resistant steels. Solving the problem of obtaining welding joints with the strength equal the base metal strengh it is most urgent at welding the transition to the use of highly basic agglomerated fluxes instead of fused fluxes.

Litovchenko N. N. — Three-electrode arc metallizer — Innovation Project
Existing solutions electric metallizer (EDM) contain two electrodes — wire. The work of the classical scheme of the EDM is totally dependent on synchronization and speed of electrode wires and their mutual exact spatial location at the exit of the guide lugs. In the three-electrode EDM these defects are excluded completely.
