Eremin Е. N., Losev А. S., Borodikhin S. А. — Borodino-nitride hardening of metal deposited by high-chromium flux cored wire

The influence of a complex of boron and nitrogen compounds on the structure, phase composition and properties of a metal deposited by a high-chromium flux-cored wire has been studied. It is shown that the formation of a composite structure with an iron-chromium martensitic matrix, an eutectic component based on boride (Fe, Cr)2B, nitrides ε-(Fе, Cr)2-3N, nitrides and carbides of titanium and zirconium, causes high wear resistance of the deposited coatings. A flux-cored wire for surfacing corrosion-resistant coatings on parts of equipment under conditions of metal friction against metal was suggested.

Poletaev Yu. V., Poletaev V. Yu., Shchepkin V. V. — Friction welding of fittings and nozzles from low-alloy steel 15Х2НМFА

The purpose of this work is research and development of technology of friction welding instead of manual arc welding with coated electrode, fittings and pipes shell-type equipment of power plants of steel 15X2NMFA. Manual arc welding method does not provide a stable quality of welded joints. The solution to this problem is possible through the use of friction welding process fittings and pipes of small diameter. Given the lack of theoretical and experimental exploration of issues were raised and resolved the following scientific and technical tasks: developed by making constructive models and connected (cone) surfaces of the fittings (diameter up to 40 mm) and pipes (diameter up to 80 mm); choice of optimum training grounded corners conical surfaces to be welded; justified the choice of optimum welding parameters values; quality assessment of welded joints by non-destructive and destructive methods. Effect of constructive and technological factors on the quality of welded joints. Received the positive results of the pilot study confirmed the technological feasibility of friction welding fittings and pipes of small diameter low-alloy steel 15X2NMFA.

Anakhov S. V., Pykin Yu. A., Matushkin A. V. — Methods for calculating and designing plasmatrons for cutting metals

Author's results on development of a computation procedure and designing for metal-cutting plasmatrons are generalized and systematized. It is noted, that the similar technique should be based on functional, systemic and optimal principles. Special attention at designing it is necessary to turn on gas-dynamic factors and safety of plasma technologies. The offered technique includes calculation of gas-dynamic losses and plasma gas uniformity in cross-section of an air-gas path. The results of gas-dynamic analysis are used for profiling an air-gas path in view of safety criteria. The considered technique is applied for new plasmatrons development, including narrow jet plasma technology.

PRODUCTION SECTION

Pelipenko N. A., Sanin S. N. — Additive frameless technology for the production of large-size gears for rotating aggregates

The article considers the possibility of producing rotating aggregates large-sized gears from rolled products using welding. The article presents the design version of the large crown gear of the rotary kiln in the form welded construction. The authors propose to make gear crowns in the form of sectors with several teeth, forming them by plastic deformation methods with followed welding to the support rim of the gear. The technological recommendations is designed to ensure the accuracy of gears assembly and their subsequent reliability are adduced. In this case, it is proposed to fill the cavities formed inside the teeth with high-strength concrete or polymer material enabling to gear stiffness.

Mikhalchenkov А. М., Kozarez I. V., Mikhalchenkova М. А., Grin А. М. — Influence of two-layer deposition on wear resistance and service life of restored parts (on the example of plowshares)

Two-layer surfacing technique using electrodes to form hard surface, consisting in varying the time of the layers cooling-down, has a significant influence on the wear resistance and resource of the restored parts. At application electrodes with a low-carbon rod, this influence is insignificantly. Additional hardening of the most wear parts of the product after carrying out a two-layer surfacing makes it possible to increase its wear resistance.
