Belov Е. V., Duyunova V. А., Leonov А. А., Trapeznikov А. V. — Management of structure formation and properties of aluminum plastic deformed welded joints with low specific weight

Investigated the influence of casting technological parameters on the formation of structure and properties of cast from VAL19 alloy as well as the welded joints of casting and deformable aluminum alloys (VAL19 + 1420) that provide the necessary level of operational reliability of aircraft equipment.

Sidorov V. P., Melzitdinova А. V. — Determination of the reduced heat source parameters by the size of the deposit point

The processing data of the fusion penetration spots dimensions by a fixed free arc in argon are given. Arc current is 40—80 A. A computational scheme of a normal circular heat source on the surface of a flat layer is used. The reduced effective arc power and axial heat flux are calculated from the diameters of points and welding time. The best results of the convergence of the calculated and experimental fusions obtained with an axial heat flux of 4200 W/cm2. The developed method allows performing calculations relating to accuracy requirements determination for maintaining the parameters of argonarc welding of butt joints without groove and using a mathematical model of a normal-circular heat source for solving automatic adjustment problems of the welding process.

Grigoryanz А. G., Misyurov А. I., Shiganov I. N., Perectoronin A. V., Asyutin R. D., Usov S. V. — Forming of the molten bath during laser allowing of the bandage steels surface

Modern technologies for increasing wear resistance of the railway wheels do not provide the required level of this characteristic as their potential is limited by the steel properties.
Creating the surface composite layer of the steel-WC system makes it possible to increase wear resistance considerably higher without significant material consumption.
For effective exploitation of a composite layer, the hardening particles distribution in depth must be as homogeneous as it is possible. Heavy WC particles are considered to reach the bottom of the melted metal pool, however relatively uniform particles distribution is observed in the studied cross-sections of the samples, with decreasing the amount of particles in the central part of the reinforced track near its bottom.
The experiments with the removal of the melted metal from the welding pool showed that the shape of the welding pool effects the distribution of the particles. The proportion of the projection of the layer in the area of the melt surface is insignificant, thus it should be assumed that when the powder flow is coaxial to the laser beam, the effective particles injection into the near-bottom layer is limited by the angle of the particles movement to the melted metal surface.

Latypova Е. Yu., Tsumarev Yu. А. — Analysis of the cooling system for resistance welding machines

On the basis of the convective heat transfer equation (Newton's equations), an analysis of the existing structures of water cooling systems used in resistance welding machines is carried out. Their shortcomings are identified and recommendations for creating more efficient structures are developed. The analysis of the cooling water temperature effect on the efficiency of the cooling process is carried out and the need to determine its optimum values is established.

PRODUCTION SECTION

Aulov V. F., Lyalyakin V. P., Mikhalchenkov A. M., Feskov S. A., Tyureva А. А. — Increase of the resource and resistance to abrasive wear of plow chisels by deposition with boron-containing coating electrodes

Deposition of the bits cutting-blade area for composite plowshares by electrodes with low-carbon rod and boron-containing coating, the amount of which is 85 %, can significantly increase the resistance to abrasive wear and resource when they are used in a soil environment.

Golikov N. I., Sidorov М. М., Saraev Yu. N. — Climatic tests of welding materials at negative temperatures

The program for conducting climatic tests of welding materials for manual arc welding at negative temperatures, developed at the Center for Collective Use "Station of low-temperature full-scale tests" IFTS SB RAS together with the Institute of Physics and Technology SB RAS was proposed. The need for climate testing of new welding materials of domestic production in low-temperature conditions is justified. The test results of welding electrodes of the UONI 13 / Moroz, LB 52TRU and KHOBEKS-K-54 grades are given.

Buryakin А. V., Gusev V. М., Naumenko I. G., Tsirkov P. A. — Features of electric arc sputtering of coatings on the outer cylindrical surfaces with small diameter

This article presents the distribution study results of the coating thickness obtained by electric arc metallization. It is established that the coating thickness distribution on the sample in the direction of the wire plane and perpendicular to this plane is not the same. It is shown that when coating of the outer cylindrical surfaces, placing the metallizer so that the wire plane is perpendicular to the product axis, increases the uniformity of the coating in thickness and increases the utilization rate of the spattered material.

STANDARDIZATION, PRODUCTION QUALITY

Barabanova О. А., Polunin V. А., Salmin P. А. — Diffusion Welding — Quality Improvement

The central theme in all Juran works is overcoming the existing situation in ensuring the quality of processes (quality ensuring is part of quality management aimed at creating confidence that the quality requirements are met) and transition to a new highest level of quality. This transition, in his opinion, is impossible only with the continuous improvement of the state, and special efforts, detailed preparation and an integrated approach are needed. Only then a breakthrough to a higher level of quality can be achieved. In this article a diagram of the causes and results of quality reduction and a program to improve quality are introduced.

Kapitanov А. V., Popov А. P., Feofanov А. N. — Integrated production systems

We consider the definition of an integrated production system, the conditions and principles of the IRS, IRS automated, automation IRS problems. Regular process of decomposition problems of product lifecycle management based on the matrix "phase function" allows us to treat the problem of determining the structure of the enterprise as a problem of constructing a matrix display problems on the OU structure.
