The paper presents the original design of the PLU with improved metrological characteristics. Analytical relations for the analysis and design of the initial converter are given, taking into account the electrodynamic forces affecting the metrological characteristics of the linear acceleration converter depending on the CDM in oe.

The article presents an original design of electromechanical vibration transducer is first identified generalized mathematical model of the original inverter sensor modes and mechanical oscillator frequency oscillations while using the basic equations of mechanics and electrodynamics. Withdrawn, the initial decision matmodeley, analytical expressions for the calculation of output harakteristok converter in the corresponding modes with experimental evidence derived basic theoretical position.

In the work, experimental studies were carried out aimed at the implementation of the process of soldering PKV-460 piezoceramics with a quick-hardened aluminum-based solder.
It is shown that for soldering PKV-460 piezoceramics it is expedient to use aluminum solder Al—29.5 Ge—3.9 Si wt.% (CTEMETTM 1502) due to the formation of oxides, both the base and alloying elements. The process of soldering a piezo-column in conventional tooling and graphite tooling has been worked out.

This article discusses the current state of development of nuclear rocket engines and the prospects for their use by mankind.
