Mathematical model and estimation method of the added metal thermal stability are developed. The method takes into consideration effect of the residual surfacing voltage and stress occurring at cyclic thermal load of the built up parts in the operating process on this parameter. It is established and experimentally backed that the designed mathematical model allows computing the parameter with sufficient degree of accuracy.

Chernykh A. V., Chernykh V. V. — Angular velocity determination of the droplet rotation on the electrode end at magnetic arc welding

Mathematical model of an electrode droplet surface shape at magnetic arc welding is considered. An equation is obtained to calculate angular velocity of the rotating droplet. Data of experiment validating the obtained expression is given.

Physical-chemical processes are investigated at the interface piezoelectric ceramics — metal, as well as effect of the diffusion welding conditions on the formation of the interface region and joint mechanical strength at static tension and on the piezoelectric data of the piezoceramic transducer.

Pouzryakov A. F. — Prospective guidelines for the deposition gas thermal techniques investigation

A plasma technology advanced application to deposit coatings of different functional purposes is covered. Improvement of the quality and stability of the deposited parts is connected with designing automation methods and facility, as well as with deposition process computing. Availability of new nanostructural coatings, grain size is less than 100 nanometres, is shown.

Khromov V. N., Korenev V. N., Barabash V. V. — Coating microhardness improvement at flame spraying

Microhardness increase of the sprayed gas thermal coatings at flame spraying using oxyhydrogen gas combustible mixture and propane-butane organic addition due to silicon, chromium and boron oxide and silicon and boron carbide formation is theoretically validated. It is established experimentally that application of propane-butane addition to the oxyhydrogen mixture allows improving microhardness of the obtained coatings.

Production of single-crystal-alloy high-strength permanent joints by an example of the ЖС36 alloy is considered. The ЖС36 alloy brazing practice is developed. The alloy brazing and heat treatment combining possibility is shown. Strength test results of the brazed joints from the alloy ЖС36 are given.

Menshikov G. A. — Permissible defect standards of the 1201T aluminium joints realized by the contact butt-sea welding

Assessment of the revealed at roentgenography and metallography of the welds contrasting abnormality effect on the results of the resistance butt-seam welding of the 1201 alloy is carried out, and recommendations on the permissible defect standards are worked out.
