Basic foundation of heat treatment and welding of titanium alloys are covered. Basic designing and components and assembly manufacturing data requirements are established. To optimize the surface treatment process of rolling bearings of drums in their operating mobile equipment is represented by a mathematical model allowing to determine the optimal values of process parameters using the method of linear programming.

Gribach A. Ye., Shumyacher V. M. — Mechanism of contact interaction between abrasive — couplant — surfaces of a superfinishing bar

It is established that higher production volume of machinery and equipment, improvement of their operating characteristics are connected with working the processes of final abrasive machining, i.e. honing, superfinishing, finish. Urgency for creating granular tool on base of mathematical justification is shown, as well as a possibility of utilization of fine-grained materials when a superfinishing bar is produced.

Smolnikov N. Ya., Skrebnev G. G. — Static and working end-clearance angles along teeth profiles of involute gear hobbing cutters with different cutting patterns

Issues of intraprocess changes of static end-clearance angles along teeth profiles of standard involute gear hobbing cutters and of the cutters with modified profile are considered. It is shown that the working end-clearance angle itself does not influence significantly on the wear of cutter teeth because its values are in the range of the least required for normal operation of the tool.

Beskrovny A. Yu. — Effort calculation of exterior panelling edge removal at erection joints’ assembly

A force diagram model of exterior panelling erection joint assembling and combined equations for edge deformations analysis under effect of assembly and reactive forces are covered. Standard combinations of exterior panelling erection edges are considered within the frame transversal and longitudinal sets offered as joints of anisotropic panels. Assembly forces calculation algorithm is worked out.

Lazarson E. V. — Methods of weld-fabricated construction labour expenditures extended setting

Policy of large scale setting significantly simplifying job of rate setters is developed. The essence of the method is shown by an example of creating mathematical models of standard time for manufacturing standard building structures.

Nguen Vang Hoan — Use of the turning inside out envelopes to seal hermetically moving parts of mechanisms

The problem of sealing the high pressure in the presence of moving parts in the work area of process equipment is solved by using eversible elastic shells. It allows to excluding pairs of sliding friction of equipment design and securely sealing the work area. There are scheme of the device, analysis of the forces and conditions of successful operation of the device.

A procedure of automated ultrasonic check of carriage axles on the base of hand multichannel flaw detector UDS2-52 "ZOND-2" and a scanner with two converters to working frequencies of 2.5 and 5.0 MHz is developed.

Special features of solving task at the stages of automatic programming for high-speed NC-machining of parts are considered. Guidance for making a choice of a machine-tool, NC-system, cutting tool, tool inventory, and cutting conditions are given. To implement high-speed machining different programming strategies applied when creating process technology are offered, as well as examples of virtual machine setup to manufacture a part, computation and control.

Ideas of pricing on the knowledge-intensive production are stated. Authors consider an investments optimization problem at the set industrial index on initial and final periods. As such indicator product cost is considered. For the solution of a task the mathematical model is constructed.
