Gnyusov S. F., Makov D. A. — Structure-phase composition and abrasive wear resistance of austenitic composition coatings. Part 3

The article presents research results of the influence of structure-phase composition coatings based on the austenitic steel containing 10 % TiC or 15 % WC on the abrasive wear features. It was established that additional heat treatment or process combination of deposit welding and aging caused increase of the relative wear resistance factor of composition coatings by approximately 38—42 % for the manganous austenite-based coatings ((Fe — 20 % Mn — 4 % V —4 % Mo) + 15 % WC) and by 5—12 % for the nickel austenite-based ones ((Fe — 20 % Ni —4 % V — 4 % Mo) + 15 % WC).

Dybino K. — Pinpoint accuracy in miniature

Radial runout of high precision tool and of high-frequency spindles is a well known problem. Particularly it applies to micromachining where microinstrument and spindles with high number of revolutions are used and where radial runout check is necessary to provide high quality and accuracy. With that end in view Schenck RoTec GmbH designed a new balancing machine Tooldyneμicro. Simple in operation this compact system is perfect for rotor balancing weighting up to 500 gram and for the tool up to 100 mm in diameter.
Key words: pinpoint accuracy, micromachining, radial runout

MACHINING-AND-ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION

Grigoryev V. S., Mironychev N. A. — Assembling-disassembling as a process of object shaping

General methodical grounds of building technological systems are presented. The role of assembling-disassembling while forming objects is reflected. Several technological systems are cited as an example that each process of changing form and structure of materials of an object follows the laws of succession of alternate processes of assembling-disassembling and vice-versa. It is set that every technological system when forming objects is characterized by three types of natural motions: main motion, feed motion and resulting motion.
