Karchin V. A., Ivanov C. Yu., Vichman V. B. — Calculation methodic for welding parameters definition throw the use of restriction on maximal heating temperature

The task of heat conductivity at arc and electron beam welding of a ring and bar (parallelepiped) of rectangular section with intensive cooling and without surface cooling is considered.
The task analytical solution considering the sizes of a product and welding technology (the welding mode and performance sequence of multilayered joints sites) is adduced. Determination method of welding technology parameters by taking into account restrictions on the maximum heating temperature of a product inspection zone is offered. Replacement possibility of a large-scale ring by a small-scale parallelepiped at research of thermal fields when melt welding is shown.

Gareev I. S., Pisarev M. S., Sobko S. A. — Laser welding of the details from variegated materials with different thickness

Researches results on laser welding of the details from variegated materials with different thickness are presented. On these researches results it is established that uniform heating of the welded edges is provided due to performance of a welded joint design with a technological bead on a thin-walled detail, with a height of bead of 3—4 times more than detail thickness. Experiments on pulse laser welding of details with different thickness from variegated metals are made. As a result of the conducted experiments it is confirmed that the beads mutual melting without faulty fusion and burn in a welding joint takes place only when keeping the necessary beads sizes.

The phase composition of the burning-off metal in the explosion welded lamellar composite AD1 + NP2 + AD1 and its transformation at hear treatment is investigated. The equations connecting of diffusive zone growth kinetics with energy consumption when explosion welding are received.

Velichko O. V., Ivanov S. Yu., Karkhin V. A., Lopota V. A., Makhin I. D. — Welding friction stir Al-Mg-Sc alloy high thickness

The developed technology of single-pass welding friction stir (STP) plates of Al-Mg-Sc alloy with a thickness of 11 and 35 mm. Shows the microstructural and mechanical heterogeneity of welded joints. The welds obtained under optimal mode options, free of macro defects. The strength of weld is 98 % strength of the base metal, which is higher than the strength of the joint in fusion welding. The conclusion about the practical suitability of STF Al-Mg-Sc alloy of great thickness.

Novosadov V. S. — Brazing technology of the high-temperature heat exchanger by composition solder of the system Cr-Ni-Mn

Researches results on definition of the system Cr-Ni-Mn system composite solder optimum structure, thickness of layers and their drawing sequence on a heat exchanger surface are adduced.
The soldering recommended parameters allowed to receive soldered joints corresponding with requirements of the heat exchangers exploitation.

The aim of this work is to develop the model describing the operation of mass service system on manufacture in case of emergency events. The work revealed a general view of the function of changes in technical condition of the machine (the probability of no-failure operation), taking into account the probability of occurrence of an emergency situation. There are also some considered recommendations for labor resources of the enterprise in case of occurrence of various level accidents.
