Gudenko А. V., Sliva А. P., Dragunov V. K., Shcherbakov А. V. — Features of the product formation by the electron beam deposition method

Electron beam deposition is a process that involves the use of an electron beam as a source of energy and wire as a raw material for the fabrication of metal products with complex shape in a vacuum and is part of the promising additive technologies group. In this paper a methodology for determining the electron-beam deposition regimes of a wire by the example of corrosion-resistant austenitic steel ANSI 316L is proposed. The proposed calculation methodology connects the main parameters of the process: the electron beam current, the addition wire feed rate, the movement speed of the electron gun and the dimensions of the deposited rollers. The investigation results of the microstructure and properties of the deposited metal are presented. Examples of the obtained cylindrical and conical products are adduced.
Key words: electron beam deposition, deposited wire, corrosion-resistant austenitic steel, deposition rate, microstructure of deposited metal

Shiganov I. N., Misyurov А. I., Smirnova N. А., Usov S. V. — Increase of mechanical characteristics of titanium alloy VT3-1 by local laser impact treatment

The paper discusses the effect of local laser treatment of Titus is a new alloy on the mechanical properties of the material and welded joints. To study the variation of hardness of the machined surface of titanium alloy VT3-1, depending on the processing parameters of pulsed laser radiation. It is shown that if the surface heat treatment the hardness can be increased relative to the base material 2—3 times. To reduce the content material of titanium nitride it is necessary to apply protection treatment zone with argon. Application of laser shock wave treatment also increases surface hardness, but it creates compressive stresses on the surface of the part, which can favorably affect the fatigue characteristics.
Key words: laser, titanium alloy, heat treatment, vol-new shock treatment, hardness

PRODUCTION SECTION

Milyutin V. S., Kataev R. F. — Welding properties of power sources for arc welding

In article are bringed concept "welding property of power source" and other categories, connected with acceptability appraisal of arc welding equipment. Instances is describded to system approach for power sources testing.

Volkov S. S., Nerovny V. N., Maloletkov А. V. — Development of technology and equipment for ultrasonic welding of plastics in a controlled atmosphere

It is established that the initial structure of the material is preserved at ultrasonic welding in a controlled atmosphere, but the molecular mass increases, which promote to improving the physic-mechanical properties of the welded plastics. An experimental facility for ultrasonic welding of plastics in a controlled atmosphere is developed.
Key words: ultrasonic welding controlled atmosphere, waveguide oscillation amplitude, welding static pressure, welded joint strength, thermal oxidative destruction

STANDARDIZATION AND CERTIFICATION

Tsukurov О. А. — State, problems of the development and prospects of the technical regulations application for products whose safety is determined by welding processes

Annotation. It is adduced a brief review of the modern system principles of technical regulation in the Russian Federation, the Eurasian Economic Community (EEC), Customs Union (CU) and the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) in relation to technical regulations on products for the manufacture of which welding processes are applied.
It is evaluated the conformity of the current technical regulations of the Customs Union-TR TC 032/2013 "On the safety of equipment operating under excessive pressure" to the requirements of the fundamental technical documents of the Customs Union in the field of technical regulation, European Directive 97/23 / EC and the Federal Law RF "On Technical Regulation".
It is indicated the necessity to identify the objects of technical regulation in the schedule, including welding processes, the establishment and implementation of requirements for them and compliance evaluation of the regulation objects with the technical regulations.
The objects of technical regulation (products, materials, welding processes) and the corresponding standards of the European Reference Directive 23/97 EC "On the safety of equipment operating under excessive pressure" for usage in the technical regulations of the Customs Union are considered. Explanations over the application of the "Recommendations on the content and the standard structure of the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union" regarding the management of technical regulation facilities in the schedule are given.
The article is mainly addressed to developers of technical schedules, direct executors of requirements of technical schedules requirements — manufacturers of products, as well as specialists of certification agency that validate the conformity of products to the regulations of TR TC 032/2013.
Key words: technical regulation, technical schedule, standard, equipment operating under excessive pressure, objects of technical regulation, the Customs Union, the Eurasian Economic Union (EEC), EU Directives, conformity evaluation
