In the present article the questions devoted to the essence of the process of electric arc metallization are considered. The technique for carrying out tests on adhesion is stated. The results of studies of adhesion properties of coatings obtained on the inner surface of the sleeve by arc metallization are presented and analyzed. Recommendations on the wire used in the restoration of cylinder liners of motor-tractor engines are given.

BLANK PRODUCTION

Ivanov Yu. V. — Calculation of the vibration-insulating facility of the fly press-hammer

The results are given related to the studies on the development of structures of the vibration isolation units of the screw press-hammers as one of the varieties of vibroactive equipment in the forge shops. For effective decrease of the vertical and horizontal vibration of this equipment it is proposed to use multi-leaf springs and cylindrical screw springs which have a long service life. The design procedure of parameters vibration isolation installation press-hammer, providing a choice of necessary shock-absorbers and decrease in vibrations to supposed values is resulted. Recommendations are given on using the considered structures in the forge shops.

Solovev A. I., Dzhafarova Sh. I., Saveleva L. V. — Finishing and cleaning treatment in the automated production condition

The article substantiates the relevance of the development of technological measures for the automated waste disposal (burrs, burst, sharp edges, rat, etc.). To solve this problem, adjustable wire tools (AWT) are developed that can change the intensity of the cutting and impact effects during machining, depending on the state of the surface to be treated by changing the design and technological parameters of the tools.
It is shown experimentally that cutting forces during needle milling do not exceed 160 N and such tools are recommended to be used to remove waste disposal from parts processed on multi-purpose machines and manipulators.

TECHNOLOGIES AND MACHINES FOR WELDING PRODUCTION AND RELATED PROCESSES

Boldyrev А. М. — The chemical composition formation of the weld metal during welding over a layer of modifying granulated addition

The formation analysis of the weld metal chemical composition during welding of bridge structures made of 10ХСND steel under the flux over a layer of granular modifying additive is given. It is shown that the chemical composition of the weld metal is determined not only by the composition of the materials involved in the welding process, but also by the trajectory of their delivery to the weld pool. The greatest effect of grinding grain in the weld metal takes place when the modifier enters the bath, bypassing the arc column. On the grounds of thermodynamic analysis it is shown that at welding over a layer of granulated additive, titanium dioxide modifying particles are captured by liquid metal flows, bypassing the process of dissociation. At the same time the refractory particles of the intermetallide compound TiAl2O5, which are the nuclei of the solid phase in the crystallization zone of the weld pool, are formed as a result of interaction with aluminum oxide coming from the flux. The relationship between the particle size of TiO2 in the composition of the granular additive and the size of non-metallic inclusions in the seam is established.

The comparative analysis of stresses in dangerous sections in the presence of load concentrators is considered in this paper. The directions of the parts shape optimizing in order to reduce the effective stresses by choosing a rational shape of the element surface when designing machine parts and particularly the shafts of mechanical drives are too considered.

Anakhov S. V., Pykin Yu. A., Matushkin A. V. — Increasing the efficiency of the gas-vortex stabilization system in plasmatrons for high-precision cutting of metals

The analysis of several constructive solutions in plasmatrons for metal cutting is done. Influence of such solutions on efficiency of plasma gas uniformity in cross-section of an air-gas path is investigated. The stabilizationsystem using two (forming and stabilizing) swirl units is offered. The effect of improvement of stabilization due to increase of uniformity degree of plasma gas flow distribution is shown. The optimum relative positioning of swirlunitsis determined.

MACHINE-TOOL AND CUTTING TOOLS PRODUCTION

Kravchenko I. N., Kyznetsov Yu. A., Kolomeychenko A. V., Erofeev M. N., Kartsev S. V. — Investigation of the friction coefficient depending on the tool curvature radius during dispersion-strengthened composite coating 

The paper presents the analytical dependence of the tool pressing force to the restored surface in order to obtain electroplating composite coatings of the required quality.
A relationship between the thickness of the deposited coating and the geometry of the instrument, which makes it possible to avoid over-hardening of the coating during the deposition process and, as a result, its delamination during operation is established. Data relating to the friction coefficients in the zones of elastic and plastic deformations by taking into account the complex mechanism of coating deformation during its deposition are received. On the grounds of the conducted research, the dependence of the friction force of the tool on the regime parameter of deposition — the pressing force to the treated surface being is proposed. The surfaces microhardness nomograms of the composite coatings based on iron, which make it possible to simplify the technological calculations of their deposition conditions are presented.

Rozinov А. Ya. — Comparative analysis of the control methods technological indicators of the metalware tightness

This paper presents the technological analysis results of existing and applied methods of hermiticity control. For the purpose of work duration numerical evaluation corresponding to the process of the hermiticity monitoring according to indicated methods, the results of the control or calculating metal construction are introduced. The physical features of the hermiticity control process for every analyzed methods and the corresponding value of the operational, setup, organizational and technology time, the time for personal needs as well as the duration of electric welding are considered. Based on this, a table of comparative indices is introduced. At the same time, in order to make a versatile and comparative analysis of technological indicators, a diagram of the sensitivity degree for every considered methods of hermiticity control is drawn.

This paper shows the stages of the digital technologies development and their usage to create electronic design documentation for aircraft. The foreign experience of solving the problem of long-term data storage of the certified equipment electronic layout is considered. Possible variants for organizing this storage are introduced. The most promising variant based on the use of symbolic neutral formats and standards of the EN/NAS 9300 series is indicated. The usage example of a number standards from this series at the development of foreign aviation projects in the conditions of increasing requirements for ensuring the safety of aircraft operation and expanding the scope of certification activities for its design and production is given. It is recommended to adapt this experience to the domestic high-tech machine building for competitiveness increasing of the latter using the system of arrangements in the field of standardization, implementation financing, systemic movement organizing to the total use of modern digital technologies in each enterprise — participant of design and production cooperation.
