Ivanyukhin A. N., Frolov V. A., Konkevich V. Yu. — Comparative assessment of the properties and rate of energy input at welding aluminum alloys of the Al—Zn—Mh—Cu system by different methods

An analysis of the macro- and microstructure of the B95 aluminium alloy (Al—Zn—Mg—Cu system) welded joints obtained by arc; electron-beam and mixing friction welding is carried out. Welded joints’ structure and mechanical properties differences are investigated. It is shown that application of the scandium alloyed welding wire allows for preventing autocrack formation at fusion welding. The most durable and qualitative welded joints are obtained at mixing friction welding.
Key words: aluminium alloys, mechanical properties of the welded joints, rate of energy input, mixing friction welding

Gnyusov S. F., Khaydarova A. A., Sovetchenko B. F. — Steels 12X18H10T and 20 double-layer pipe welding features

It is shown that a promising technique for pipeline inner surface corrosion prevention is paint-and-lacquer materials and epoxy resin application. Pipe connection techniques are considered. It is established that to form a full-strength welded joint of the double-layer pipes steel 12Х18Н10Т – steel 20 and metal main volume it is necessary to use electrodes EA 395/9 (ЭА-395/9) or a combination of the electrodes ZIO-8 (ЗИО-8) as a root, filling and UONI-13/55 (УОНИ-13/55) as facing.
