Yurtsev Ye. S. — High-velocity manufacturing of aluminium waffle shell rings

The article covers technical details of aluminum alloy working on a 5-axis CNC machine. Recommendations are given on a DMG DMU-70eVo mill as an example of data usage when deploying specialized milling centers, similar to SVO 25, SVDO 14 aerospace industry enterprises (RKP). Design and mathematical model have been developed for a part of wafer-type background cylindrical shell.

Method of faster effective characterization of external action to change materials’ structure and mechanical properties, varying their yield point under the current impulse action is covered. It is established that difference in effective mode influence is no more than 5 per cent at reducing by more than 10 times the number of samples necessary for investigation.

It is shown that the chip formation process at metal cutting is astable. Cycle of these vibrations is determined by the material properties, tool geometry, cutting conditions and dynamic behaviour of the elastic system.

Ryzhov D. A. — Forging method of flanges with developed sleeve-type part

The article discusses the technology of forging stamping type flange with a sleeve part developed, which improves the production capacity of production of flanges, to reduce the technological efforts and implementation lyat punching one press stroke. The method recommended for introduction into series production at plants where equipment can not provide a lot of effort and justified the use of more expensive tubular blanks.

It is established that it is efficient to use wedges driven by a sledge hammer for steel erection as of 10 mm thick, to use screw arrangement if thickness is up to 18 mm, and assembly tool for steel erection if thickness is no less than 18 mm.

Expediency of certification procedures further development generally tending to implementation of an end-to-end certification principle is shown. That makes it correct to use obtained results for filling in a control matrix considerable scope on keeping with the product requirements for the aims of its certification.
