Martynov V. G. — "Welding and Monitoring of Oil and Gas Facilities" Department of the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas is 70

SCIENTIFIC-TECHNICAL SECTION

Smirnov A. Kh., Steklov O. I., Garf E. F. — Service-life evaluation of the welded steel constructions of the offshore oil and gas facilities

Tubular welded assembly fatigue design procedure developed jointly with the Paton Electric Welding Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine is presented. It allows estimating excessive increase of construction resources, correcting fatigue resistance curve characteristic.
Key words: tubular welded assembly, above-standard resource, fatigue, methods

Koushnarenko V. M., Chirkov Yu. A., Pyatayev A. Ye., Schepinov D. N. — Potential danger of pipe welding defects development of hydrogen sulphide containing deposits

Major weld rupture sources of tubing connections in hydrogen sulphide-containing oil-and-gas deposits are considered. An estimation procedure of the hazard of non-cracking annular welding defects is offered. It is based on the results of full-scale pipe tests and on theoretical calculation, it allows determining allowable working pressure and validating possibility of further field usage of the pipeline sections with welding defects.
Key words: welded joints, hydrogen-sulphide containing medium, hydro-sulphuric cracking, defect, stresses, strength analysis

Dzioyev K. M., Basiyev K. D., Khabalov G. I., Dzarukayev E. V. — Stress-corrosive processes in metal and welded connections of gas pipelines

Stress-corrosive cracks in steels 20, Х46, Х70 are obtained, significative of complex character of their formation and of multiphase process taking place in the course of time when strained tube metal contacts with the corrosive medium around the tube. Procedures and sample are designed modelling field conditions of real pipeline. Analysis data of the obtained stress-corrosive cracks in steels 20, Х46, Х70 allow study the process of their initiation and development depending on the state of stress and on corrosive environment.
Key words: gas pipeline, welded joints, stress-corrosive crack

Kosivchenko V. A. — Estimation of negative climatic temperatures’ and thermocycling influences on fracture parameters of structural steels

Diagnostic measure aimed at forecasting equipment operating capacity and estimating strength properties degradation degree of steels and their welds subjected to impacts of negative temperatures of climatic range are suggested.
Key words: oil-and-gas equipment, negative temperature, working capacity, strength properties

Yefimenko L. A. — Procedural foundation of structural materials’ weldability estimation by an example of steels of oil and gas assortment

Weldability evaluation procedure is described; welding processes of gas, oil and chemical equipment with walls 20—200 mm thick and of pipelines from steels practically of all strength grades, i. e. carbon and low-alloyed, hot-rolled and normalized, thermally hardened and prospective low-carbon high-strength steels of the К65–К75 type are designed.
Key words: constructional materials, weldability, gas-oil-chemical equipment

PRODUCTION SECTION

Steklov O. I., Varlamov D. P. — Risk analysis of the gas-main pipelines of Russia by the monitoring indices of the intratubal diagnostics data

To maintain safe and reliable operability of a gas-main pipeline system it is necessary to carry out qualitative estimation of its actual operating conditions using modern diagnostic tool. Due to data monitoring of multiple intratubal diagnostics it is established that considerable differences in imperfection of stress corrosion cracking of tubes with various wall thickness and in gas-main pipeline fabrication type is attributed to different levels of obtainable stress in these tubes and is resulted from destructive processes taking place in metal of the pipes and protective coating at aging.
Key words: intratubal flaw inspection, stress corrosion cracking, abnormal ring welded joint, risk

Goritsky V. M., Goritsky O. V., Dourneva A. A., Shneiderov G. R. — Special features of corrosive mechanical weld damages of the main hot water system of Moscow

Metallographic features investigation results of corrosive damageability of longitudinal welding connections of main heating conduit 1400 Ѕ 14 mm in diameters are covered. It is shown that initiation of corrosion pits is along the alloying line on the inner wall of the heating conduit in places of higher level of hardness (188—223 НV10) and presence of bainite and widmanstatten structures in fair quantities.
Key words: corrosive damageability, pit, structure, mechanical properties, impact resistance, longitudinal weld, crack, heating conduit

Kapustin O. Ye., Sorokin V. N. — Safety of gas-flame works at conduit construction and maintenance

Protection means when carrying out gas-flame works at construction and maintenance of pipelines are considered.
Key words: pipeline, safety, gas-flame work, protective device

ECONOMICS AND PRODUCTION ORGANIZATION

Makarov G. I. — Strategy of technical policy of updating oil and gas pipeline transportation systems

Basic areas of technological policy in modernization of oil and gas pipeline transportation systems are considered.
Key words: modernization, pipelines, mechanical tubing, flats
