Kolomeychenko A. V., Titov N. V., Vinogradov V. V., Stolin A. M., Bazhin P. M. — Study of the composite cermet coatings microstructure obtained via a karbovibroarc building up

The investigation results of composite coatings microstructure obtained by carbo-vibro-arc surfacing using metal ceramic pastes are presented. It is proved that composite metal ceramic coating consists of two areas — basic and transient. The basic area of coating contains strengthening phase Fe2B with atoms of nickel and chrome embedded in its crystal lattice located in matrix of solid solution of ferrum and nickel Ni3Fe. The transient area of coating determines inter-diffusion of coating and base and consists of strengthening phase (Fe, Ni)2B and matrix Ni3Fe. It is demonstrated that the strengthening phases are presented in the platy grains form with thickness 1…4 μm and length more than 100 μm, colonially located within the volume of the basic area of coating. At the approach to the transient area of these structural components form changes to orbed with dimensions to 5 mm.

Govorun T. P., Lyubich A. I. — The theoretical substantiation of metal deposit producing with a spherical graphite shape for compressors parts

The metal deposit, which is similar in structure and properties to the basic metal, obtained at rewelding defects on castings from high-strength cast iron with spherical graphite, usually comprises in its structure scarce and expensive elements. It is more preferable to use calcium for the combustion stability of the welding arc at low heat input and for the spherical graphite formation in the metal deposit It is more preferable to use calcium. When carrying out experimental research work is established that as a result of the calcium oxide or other calcium-containing ingredients introduction in the flux-cored wire in vermicular, spherical or mixed form graphite can be formed in the metal deposit.

MACHINE-TOOL AND CUTTING TOOLS PRODUCTION

Zlokazov M. V., Korotkov V. A. — Influence of current at manual plasma hardening on the depth and hardness of the hardened layer

The speed increase of the arc movement (40—65 %), necessary for the surface melting warning as the current increases, does not affect significantly to the depth and hardness of hardened strips at manual plasma surface hardening of the die steels U8A, 7X3, 5XNM and 5XB2S through the use of serial installation UDG3-200. But as the current increases from 100 to 200 A occurs accompanying hardened strips with increase (from about 14 mm to about 24 mm) which stops at currents over 200 A. Increasing of the steel thermal conductivity is accompanied by a hardening depth increasing up to 0.9 mm. Application of surface grinding instead of milling for quenching (Ra 2,4 and Ra 6,3, respectively), yields a minor (less than 5 %) increase in depth of hardening. In general, manual plasma quenching technology according to passport for the installation of UDG3-200 provides a constant thickness and hardness of the hardened layer on the die steel and high performance stamping tools.

Korotkov V. A. — Cracks and deformation at welding and hardening of hammers from steel 60S2

Prevention arrangements of deformation and cracks at the welding and hardening hammer crusher from hard-welded steel 60S2. are developed. T-joints with square groove is replaced by similar joints with single-V groove; the beveling area for the one-pass mechanized welding is selected, hardening with cooling in water for ensuring equal hardness throughout the cross-section of the hammer is carried out.

SPECIAL TECHNOLOGY

Shumkov A. A., Ablyaz T. R., Nekrasova A. V., Svizev Yu. V., Subbotina A. V. — Influence of the photopolymer material dopolimerization on the accuracy of making an electrode-tool prototype

Purpose — to investigate the influence of the polymerization process photopolymer material on precision manufacturing of the prototype tool-electrode. During research the samples with monolithic, hollow and internal regulated cellular structure were simulated and obtained. The obtained samples were depolymerized with three methods: in the air, in a furnace with UV light and in tub with methyl alcohol. The 3-coordinate measuring machine allows determining coordinates of points in three dimensions for deformation measurement. The measurements allowed plotting diagrams display real surface of the samples with different internal structures. It is established, that method of depolymerization and internal structure of the samples determine the precision manufacture the rp — prototype electrode-tools.

Tyuftyaev A. S., Mordynskiy V. B., Frolova M. G. — Influence of plasma treatment on the wear resistance of the modified surface

Particularities of the structure and the formation of the thermal influence area (TIA) during the plasma surface hardening of high carbon steels (60G as usual) are considered. Original methods of determination of tribological characteristics of dry friction and abrasive wear are developed to assess the role of the structure and properties of the hardened area taking into account the depth of TIA and parameters of the technological process. Results of testing of wear resistance of hardened layers under the optimal process regimes and different alloying of the steel 60G by carbon and chromium are presented. Comparative study of testing results for wear resistance of some widely used steels, metallized coatings and nickel powder built-up layers are performed.

MATHEMATICAL MODELING, NUMERICAL METHODS, PROGRAM COMPLEXES

Ivanov D. V., Ivanov V. S. — The model creature method of the plane shaping ath the cylindrical milling on the basis of an iterative algorithm

At modelling the principle of motion relativity is used, according to which the detail and the related coordinate system fixed from the movement, and the mill performs reversal forward movement with speed directed opposite to the detail real feed. Model parametric equations for the cycloidal shaping of the detail profile section, functionally linking the coordinates of the detail profile fragment to the mill size and machining parameters are adduced. The model is applicable for cutup and cutdown milling.
The error forming model as the coordinate system of equations for the intersection point of the ascending and descending branches of the adjacent cutters trajectories is proposed. The formation model of the error shaping defined by parametric equations can not be represented in the evident state. The model decision method based on iterative algorithm is devised, that allows for any permissible error, preassigned and distinct from zero, to provide a smaller error of calculations.
