Pervoukhin L. B., Pervoukhina O. L., Rihter D. V. — Development of the bimetal technology and production by explosion welding in Russia

Large-dimension bimetal manufacturing technique theory by explosion welding is covered. It is shown that explosion welding is characterized by the following bonding sequence between the atoms of the connectable surfaces: contact surface activation; physical contact formation; volumetric interaction.

Bobryshev B. L., Zemlyanoy G. Ya., Mukhametov A. A.-Kh., Koshelev O. V., Rogov M. A. — Gravity die casting practice advancement of the large-size magnesium alloy casting

Production of large-size shaped castings of 100 kg and more in mass from magnesium alloys is considered. A compound of cold-hardening mixture is suggested for gravity die casting with core rod. Cold-hardening mixture application has improved the cast product quality, reduced process duration.

Abrasive machining nanotechnology using aluminum oxide superdispersed abrading is considered. It is shown that surface assessment according to the electron work function value allows for obtaining a juvenile surface of high reflectance and surface roughness height up to 3—5 nanometers.

Schedrin A. V., Ulyanov V. V., Bekayev A. A. — Efficiency comprehensive analysis of the orifice combined broaching technique with grease lubricant back pressure

Integrated study results of the orifice combined broaching technique efficiency are covered; the broaching is carried out with back pressure by grease lubricant. The results considerably increase the infobase of engineering solutions for system perfecting of the existing combined processing methods and creation new in essence competitive ones.

Tarasov A. N., Panfilov V. A., Shevchenko P. R. — Bending tool from carbonitride titanium alloys

Manufacturing practicability of special purpose bending tool and accessories from ВТ1-0 and ВТ14 alloys carbonitrated in activated powder charcoal mixtures is shown. It is established that wear resistance of titanium carbonitrated matrix and of puncheons for blank part shaping, manufactured from low-carbon steels, is 52-60 HRC higher than that one of similar steels.

Rastoguyev G. A. — Mechanization of the assembly-welding operations at base welding under conditions of multiproduct manufacture

Auxiliary operations at block devices’ foundations manufacturing are considered. It is established that they are labour intensive and non-mechanized. A reset combined production system for the block devices’ foundations welding is offered.

Pouzryakov A. F. — Study prospective area of coatings deposition gas-thermal technique

A plasma technology advanced application to deposit coatings of different functional purposes is covered. Improvement of the quality and stability of the deposited parts is connected with designing automation methods and facility, as well as with deposition process computing. Availability of new nanostructural coatings, grain size is less than 100 nanometres, is shown.

Frolov V. A., Nikitina Ye. V. — Influence of the backing run on the properties of welded joints from aluminium-lithium alloys

Effect of the backing runs modes’ and added metal composition on the properties of the weld metal and heat-affected area is considered. It is shown that weld metal porosity in the welded up zones essentially depends on the welding mode, and strength and plasticity is higher at using Св-1557 wire as compared to the Св-АМг6 filler wire.

It is shown that at developing coating deposition processes it is necessary to take into consideration redistribution parameters of the diffusion active hydrogen during production process and at the operation stage. Efficiency of the antifriction nonabrasive final polishing application in metal plating medium for material prevention of hydrogenous wear is established.

METROLOGY AND MEASUREMENT ASSURANCE

Zubarev Yu. M., Kosarevsky S. V. — Error propagation by Monte-Carlo method to analyse calculation uncertainty of correspondence to positional tolerance

A mathematical model determining measurable value dependence on the input value is considered. Monte-Carlo method is used to solve the problem, and the procedure is named “virtual coordinate measuring machine”. The examined method of compliance analysis to positional tolerances increases uncertainty of the measurement data not more than 30 per cents.

Assessment of the revealed at roentgenography and metallography of the welds contrasting abnormality effect on the results of the resistance butt-seam welding of the 1201 alloy is carried out, and recommendations on the permissible defect standards are worked out.

Frolov V. A., Kryukov M. A., Ryabenko B. V., Kourdyukov A. V. — Metallurgical and technological features of the turbine rotor blade deposit welding

Key specifications of the LAWS-500 plant for microplasmous welding are determined. Singlepass, double-pass and triple-pass facing by cobalt-based flux cored wires onto the turbine rotor blades are carried out, confirming basic section dimensions. Metallurgical study results of the stellite weld up macro- and microstructures are given.

A new design of a linear acceleration transducer is suggested. The design features enhancement of sensitivity and of mutual transforming conductance due to magnetic field differentiation by implementation of a honeycomb transducer pole. Potential of higher metrological performance for the transducers of similar type by design is shown.
