A methodical approach is presented, which allows, by performing of experimental-theoretical investigations, an optimization of technological parameters of continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastics production on semi-continuous presses, an increase on the solidity and other characteristics of continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastics, as an decrease of spending for the preparation of production.

Ardashev D. V. — Complex of estimate indices for the grinding disks service properties

Three features of the grinding process are singled out, i.e. nonstationarity (time-to-time variability), stochasticity (index magnitude spread) and oscillating behaviour of the grinding force (substantial variability of its value). Performance criterion new complex is formed aimed at describing grinders’ working capacity. It fits processes adequately, occurring in the cutting area at grinding, and allows for making a grinding disk process operation certificate.

The orthotropic plates and T-sections present welding practices are analysed taking into consideration all disadvantages. Innovative technology in essence is suggested, which allows more to conduct the welding process more efficiently. Process conditions are described, in-less-detail calculation of orthotropic plates and T-sections manufacturing labour intensity and cost are given.

Ivleva L. P. — Material surface etching process mathematical modelling by MATHCAD

Material surface percussion (raster, halftone) etching process modelling is considered. Equations are used, which describe single degree-of-freedom oscillating system, transient characteristic of oscillating link and dependencies, consequent of energy balance in the indenter — blank system. Process-dependent parameters are calculated.
