Malakhov A. Yu., Perbukhin L. B., Saikov I. V., Vikhman V. B. — Production of high-strength bimetallic materials with a plated layer based on columbium and nickelcobalt alloys by explosion welding

This paper examines the characteristics of explosion welding of high-strength steel with erosion-resistant heat-resistant alloys. The article considers the problem of obtaining high-quality connections niobium and Nickel-cobalt alloys with steels. The authors developed the scheme cladding by explosion welding above alloys flat and cylindrical surfaces. Special attention was paid to the influence of the parameters of heated gas in the gap between the welded plates on the quality of the connection. In the work the results of experimental studies of the samples of bimetal, the results of which allowed the author to talk about the prospects for further research in this area.

Novosadov V. S. — Operability valuation of high-temperature steel heat exchangers brazed by multilayer composite braze of the Cr—Ni—Mn system

A technological process of soldering multilayer composite solder high-temperature heat exchangers of stainless, high-temperature and cryogenic steels 12X18H10T, 16 ANS and ANS 25. It is established that the distribution of elements solder Cr, Ni, Mn in the form of coatings eliminates problems with wetting, spread solder and naplavlenie the cooling channels of small cross section. Defined: the chemical composition of the solder, the optimal thickness of layers and sequence of their application to smooth and ribbed surface. It is established that the optimum mode of soldering (1150 °C, 30 min + homogenizing annealing of 1000 °C, 60 min) does not lead to a significant reduction of mechanical properties of steels. Corrosion and mechanical properties of solder meet the requirements for use. Connection Ravnopravye steel 12X18H10T. Technological process introduced in a number of responsible, large Assembly units. Mass production reduced by 30 %.

Lastovirya V. N., Novokreschenov V. V., Rodyakina R. V. — Recovery of roller geometry and properties of bottom unloader by surfacing

This work is devoted to the development and realization of technology for reconstruction of geometry and properties of roller, having a considerable (up to 15 mm) work surface wear, in the device bottom unloading by means of surfacing. The main problem was the need to provide the required wear resistance of weld metal and its hardness HV10 not less than 500 mm2. For its solution the method of electric arc mechanized surfacing under the mixture of ceramic fluxes FKN-6 and OK 10.71 with using of melted electrode wire of solid section was used. Such com bination of fluxes provides the required degree of alloying of welded metal and, accordingly, the required level of mechanical properties. The process of surfacing by the proposed technology was realized during the reconstruction of experimental party of rollers with the subsequent test them in a real production.

Filippov M. A., shumyakov V. I., Balin S. A., Zhilin A. S., Lehchilo V. V., Rimer G. A. — Structure and wear resistance of the deposited alloys on the basis of metastable chrome carbonaceous austenite

Interrelation dependence of phase composition and structure properties with resistance under abrasive wear after quenching and subsequent tempering in wide temperature ranges of two surfacing alloys based on Fe—C—Cr was studied. Reducing of hardness with increasing of the heating temperature for quenching of the both alloys due by rising of amount of metastable retained austenite, whose ability to deformational-induced martensite transformation causes an increase of microhardness and wear resistance of the wear surface. Tempering after quenching reduces the hardness and wear resistance of the both alloys.
