Parshin S. G. — Influence of the gaseous sulphur hexafuoride SF6 on a MIG-welding processes of the aluminum alloy A1Mg4,5Mn0,7

The article presents the research results of MIG-welding process of the aluminum alloy AlMg4,5Mn0,7 with the introduction of the sulfur hexafluoride SF6 at a concentration of 1,6 to 6,4 % in argon. The purpose of research is the arc welding efficiency increase, the welded joints quality improving and improvement in performance of drip transfer. When the introduction of sulfur hexafluoride SF6 in argon occurs change of the electrode melting process, spitting and quantity microexplosions reduces. Drip transfer frequency increases to 1,82 times, the depth of penetration increases to 80 %, the seam width is reduced to 28 %. At the same time the welding current increases, arc voltage decreases the amplitude variations of current and arc voltage decreases in a wide range of welding parameters.

Ershov A. V., Bykovskiy O. G., Lapteva A. N., Zekenina E. A. — Valuation of the heat flow from plasma in the end of the wire-anode from aluminum

A method for determining the heat flux density from the plasma to the surface of the anode wire, depending on the wire feed speed, thickness of the molten metal film on the end surface and the angle between the axis of the wire and the molten metal surface is developed. Taken into account that the heat flow incoming from the plasma into the end of the wire leads to the metal enthalpy change not only in solid but in liquid states too. It is shown that the average heating temperature of the metal film makes 2/3 of the temperature change of the film height. In considered conditions, the metal film overheating above the melting temperature was 283 K. Thus, the surface temperature of the molten aluminum was significantly below the boiling point. It allows not taking into account of the metal evaporation on the calculation of the wire heating.

On the basis of literature data (65 sources), the processes of formation of the solid constituents of welding fumes (SCWF) presented the factors affecting the weight, chemical and phase composition, size and shape of the particles. On the basis of specific information shows the conditions in which reduced weight SCWF and their particles contain fewer components belonging to the class of the most dangerous pollutants.

Chudin V. N., Sobolev Ya. A. — Hot press welding of the hemispherical shells

Process and mode calculation of the hemispherical shells hot pressure welding at their local deformation are proposed. Material state is accepted as viscoplastic. The energy calculation method of the technology parameters is used. The technological results are adduced, blanks and globular capacity from titanium alloy are represented.

Velichko O. V., Ivanov S. Yu., Karkhin V. A., Lopota V. A., Makhin I. D., Khomich P. N. — Closed seam overlap methods when friction welding of the thickwalled aluminum alloy structures

Three completion methods of the closed (circular and annular) seams at welding alloy 1570C of the system Al-Mg-Sc with thickness 11 mm and 35 mm (through the use of discharge wedge, the tool with movable tip, friction welding) are considered. Dual mixing area (start-end of seam) is microstructure and mechanically heterogeneous. Hardness distribution of the seam metal after the first and second mixing is similar if the working tip length is identical, and is significantly different, if the working length of the second step tool is variable (as in welding with a movable lip). The strengths ratio of the welded joint and the base metal is not less than 0.9, which is higher than that in arc welding. It is shown that the three methods of closed seams completion can be considered practically acceptable.

Goncharov V. S. — Technological parameters of the multi-component wear-resistant coatings

According to enterprises production tasks the question about the restoring and strengthening multi-functional coatings possibility on various types of parts, such as gas turbine engine blades, cutting and punching tool and heat networks parts was determined in this paper. At the development of specific strengthening technologies with the purpose of receipt of the thermostable percussive-viscous layers with special properties assumed as a basis the results of the physicochemical interaction in the laminated composite coatings.

Rapid wear of the working bodies of agricultural machines and units reduce productivity and quality of operations. Among the loaded parts of agricultural machines the most important and, therefore, the most problematic are tillage attachments. The main ways of increasing the service life of such products is the use of new materials and strengthening and surfacing technology.

Furman E. L., Tolstykh L. G., Tolstykh A. L., Lepinskikh V. B. — Pulse inverter power source ИНТАЛ-500И for welding

Pulse inverter power source for currents up to 500 A for arc manual, automatic and semiautomatic welding is developed. Efficiency of the power supply on the maximum power level accounts for 95 %, while the power factor accounts for 93 %, and the weight is 26,4 kg. The influence of the current pulse duration in the range (100—40—10) % on the welding deposit coefficient and the power consumption from the network is researched. It was found that with pulse decreasing welding deposit coefficient increases to (7,6—10,9—23,1) g/amp-hr respectively, and the power consumption from the network at a pulse of 20 % (duty factor 5) decreased from 17,4 to 2,7 kW almost 6 times with a slight productivity decrease.

Strizhakov E. L., Neskoromny S. V., Ageev S. O., Lemeshev S. V. — Dischargepulse equipment creature for applied research of the magnetic-pulse welding processes

The article describes creation of universal pulse welded equipment for producing thin die welded constructions. As a result of design surveys a double-action press was built which ensures preliminary static and dynamic loads when welding materials in solid phase.
During discharge pulse welding the connection zone is experienced by heating effect while conducting current and also by pressure while using induction-dynamic drive, the basic element being inductor. Power source is high voltage generator of pulse current.
A special measuring stand was developed to obtain applied investigations and to check magnetic pulse welding-forming regimes of tube components. The gwen device allows fixing of amplitude values and discharge current frequency and magnetic pressure as well as RLC parameters of discharge circuit resistance generator of pulse currents.
The application of double-action press and measuring stand affords to organize a locality for producing lightened die-welded screened housings of board cable cosmic technique.
