Aleshin N. P., Yakushin B. F., Kobernik N. V., Kilev V. S. — The process improvement of the cold-resistant steels welding by optimizing the thermal energy balance of the arc source

The article is devoted to the generalized analysis of issues of productivity and quality improvement when welding consumable electrode. Considered the heat balance of the arc heat source and proposed method of its optimization with the aim of improving the welding performance and weld quality in terms of weldability by increasing the share of heat consumed for melting the welding material to fill the weld pool while reducing the proportion of heat that causes overheating of the base metal.

Sidorov V. P., Abramova S. V. — Dependence of the melting time of coated electrodes from arc current

An experimental researches of the electrode coatings melting time dependence for arc welding electrodes from arc current for a number of grades and electrode sizes are carried out. It is established that this dependence is well described by a hyperbolic function with two constant coefficients. The developed methodology allows on the basis of a small number of experiments to obtain for any current the exact value of the coating melting time, the melting rate and the melting coefficient. This methodology can be used for accurately normalization of the welding operations and improve the technology of manual welding with coated electrodes.

Efimenko L. A., Kapustin О. Е., Utkin I. Yu., Derkach A. P., Shamov Е. М., Begunov I. A., Gorskiy A. I. — The formation features of the structure and mechanical properties of the weld metal at laser welding of non-rotating conduit joints

The influence of thermallaser welding on the cooling rate of the metal of the zone of thermal influence (HAZ) of the root, first filling and facing seams is investigated. A study of extent of HAZ in the imposition of various joints and parts of them (area of overheating, area normalization, the area of incomplete recrystallization). Also, the microstructure of the weld metal (seam and HAZ) and mechanical properties (toughness and hardness) were investigated. The assessment of their compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents.

Grigoryants А. G., Shifanov I. N., Tretyakov R. S., Misyurov A. I., Smirnova N. A., Asyutin R. D., Perestoronin A. V., Usov S. V. — The formation features of the surface composite layer by laser-powder injection of tungsten monocarbide particles into a matrix from carbon steel

The possibility of application of laser carbon steel for railway transport wheels manufacturing surface alloying with spherical tungsten carbides WC was considered. Experiments showed that volume part of reinforcing particles could reach 58 % when laserpowder alloying is applied. In the same time, if volume par of WC is exceeds 16 % cracks on the surface are observed.

Lyushinsky A. V. — Manufacture of tools for various purposes using through the use of diffusion welding

The technologies of diffusion welding hard alloys with steels at the tools manufacture for mining operations and for precision processing of materials is considered. The technologies distinguish oneself by the types of used intermediate layers — foils and powder tapes based on nickel superdispersed powder (SDP) obtained by thermal decomposition of nickel formiate. It is shown, that depending on the requirements imposed on welded joints, the considered technologies can be successfully applied for manufacture of precision tools for various purposes.

Terentev E. V., Sliva A. P., Goncharov A. L., Goryachkina M. V., Teternteva A. V., Skuratov I. O. — Features of electron beam welding of molybdenum alloy ZrMo2А

The paper demonstrates the positive experience of fighting hot cracks in electron beam welding of molybdenum alloy СМ2А by double passage by an electron beam, which led to a decrease in the content of harmful impurities in the seam. The structure of the compounds obtained is shown, their hardness and the content of harmful impurities are measured.

STANDARDIZATION AND CERTIFICATION

Tsukurov О. А. — State, problems of development and prospects for the application of technical regulations for products whose safety is determined by welding processes

It is adduced a brief review of the modern system principles of technical regulation in the Russian Federation, the Eurasian Economic Community (EEC), Customs Union (CU) and the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) in relation to technical regulations on products for the manufacture of which welding processes are applied. It is evaluated the conformity of the current technical regulations of the Customs Union-TR TC 032/2013 "On the safety of equipment operating under excessive pressure" to the requirements of the fundamental technical documents of the Customs Union in the field of technical regulation, European Directive 97/23 / EC and the Federal Law RF "On Technical Regulation".
It is indicated the necessity to identify the objects of technical regulation in the schedule, including welding processes, the establishment and implementation of requirements for them and compliance evaluation of the regulation objects with the technical regulations.
The objects of technical regulation (products, materials, welding processes) and the corresponding standards of the European Reference Directive 23/97 EC "On the safety of equipment operating under excessive pressure" for usage in the technical regulations of the Customs Union are considered.
Explanations over the application of the "Recommendations on the content and the standard structure of the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union" regarding the management of technical regulation facilities in the schedule are given.
The article is mainly addressed to developers of technical schedules, direct executors of requirements of technical schedules requirements — manufacturers of products, as well as specialists of certification agency that validate the conformity of products to the regulations of TR TC 032/2013.
Key words: technical regulation, technical schedule, standard, equipment operating under excessive pressure, objects of technical regulation, the Customs Union, the Eurasian Economic Union (EEC), EU Directives, conformity evaluation
