A comparative analysis of fluxes on the basis of which the advantages of new flux. New special ceramic flux for electroslag surfacing brands. Fund achieved-18, not inferior in its welding and metallurgical characteristics of the foreign counterparts, has allowed to realize the technology of single-layer anticorrosion tape surfacing responsible NPP equipment, fully based on domestic welding materials, greatly reducing the labor intensity and the intensity at the anticorrosion coatings, which, in turn, can improve the competitiveness of the domestic equipment for nuclear power plants and petrochemical industries.

After final heat treatment in the Assembly of welded joints of pipelines ГЦТ Ду 850 made automatic argon-arc welding were cracks in the surface layer. Of the damaged areas were cut sections for conducting metallographic studies aimed at defining the nature and causes of cracking. It is established that the detected cracks are typical cracks re-heating caused by the used technology.

Developed welding technology made domestic welding materials, and investigated the nature of residual welding stresses of circular welded pipe connections of low carbon austenitic stainless steel 3161. Modeled the distribution of stresses in the welded joint at elevated temperatures.

Given the parameters of the developed technology automatic argon-arc welding of steel pipelines P91 using filler wire brand Thermanit MTS3. Application of the developed technology allows to obtain a welded joint mechanical properties and performance characteristics at the required level.

Shows differences from the equipment for the regenerative heat treatment of the ВВЭР-440, developed previously, including the presence of external thermal insulation. The equipment has been hot testing at the factory.
