Experimental researches have shown that the supplement of CF-additive in an amount of 3—10 % in the oxidative flux AH-348A contributed to obtaining the welds with a low content of nonmetallic inclusions and the high values of mechanical properties, especially impact strength.

On the basis of the analytical decision supported by experimental data, dependences for definition of the size of a heat affected zone are received at multilayered welding circular connections of the gas pipelines. Knowing the size of this zone is necessary to assess the feasibility of application of cold cuts at culling elements gas pipelines because of defects of circular welded joints or weld of the adapter rings adjacent to it.

The research results of the influence of laser, electron-beam and electric arc effect on the modified structures, physico-mechanical properties and performance attributes of coatings are given. The possibility of hardening of composite coatings by means of modifying them by refractory joints with submicrocrystalline and nanocrystalline structures and by high-energy methods of influence is established.

Shtrikman M. M., Kaschuk N. M. — Research of technological parameters of friction welding with disk tool

The research results of influence of technological parameters of the friction welding with disk tool process on the formation of a root seam are given. The dependence connecting the faultiness of a joint with the process parameters is established. The calculating scheme for the analytical calculation of heat fields at friction welding with disk tool is suggested.

Novokreschenov V. V., Rodyakina R. V. — Kinetics of particle interactions in penetration channel at electron-beam welding

The results of the analysis of the kinetics of processes arising at the electron flow of an electron beam on the channel are given. The estimation of the ionization rate constant characterizing a number of interactions between particles in the cross section of the electron beam (penetration channel) is performed as well as the estimation of the value of the charge which can be formed in the ionized steam phase of the channel.

The hypothesis about the role of internal stresses in the mechanism of forming the diffusion joint is formulated and proved. This hypothesis consists in activation of welding surfaces as well as in formation of microreliefs in the contact area which divide the contact gap in line of considerably smaller pores and in creation of centers in the gap around which sintering processes can develop without external compressing pressures.

The technology of arc welding with alternating discrete-pulse feed of different gases — argon and helium is suggested. This technology ensures the improvement of mechanical properties in strength and plasticity of joints, the obtaining of qualitative welds of required dimensions and forms, the elimination of inadmissible deformations, the stability and productivity of the process. The universal and effective method of control of welding arc energy parameters is developed as well as gas equipment — gas feed regulators for which RF patents are taken out.

Kufaykin A. Ya. — Influence of heating modes on stability of titanium shells in composition of soldering conical sections

The origin of bucling of thin-walled titanic shells in brazing conical sections wos investigated. Calculations of the pressing force, which influences the shell in conditions nonuniform heat, and critical force on reaching that shell loses the stability and bucling is produced, was completed. Experimental heats of the sections had discovered adequacy of calculations and practical conditions appearance of the bucling. The algorithm of mathematical basing of heating without buckling formation is reduced.
