Shafray K. А., Shafray S. D. — Influence of welded seams constructive types on the strength of flange joints

The stresses distribution in the places of welded joints connecting the flange with the rod element of the structure is investigated in the article for structural solutions of flange connections of rods of open profile of building metal structures on the basis of numerical experiment. The stresses distribution dependence in the zone of welded seams from the presence of the connected profile beveling, the flange thickness and the bolts tension is established. A comparative analysis of the stress-strain state of welded joints for flange and T-joints is given. The analysis of the numerical experiment results is given. The prediction of the fracture development in a flanged connection with welded seams with and without beveling is presented on the basis of these results and by taking into account the Mises strength theory.

Kuryntsev S. V., Morushkin А. Е., Gilmutdinov А. Kh., Shiganov I. N. — Laser welding of sheet structural elements with parts obtained by additive growing technology

Workpieces produced by additive technologies are limited in size. To increase the dimensions of products from an economic point of view, it is more advantageous to combine difficult-to-configure workpieces made by additive technologies with cast, rolled or forged elements. The possibility of laser welding of workpieces from rolled products with workpieces obtained by additive technologies has been studied. The influence of laser welding methods on the weld metal structure is studied. The results of metallographic studies and mechanical tests of the welded joints obtained are presented.

The article presents the results of experiments, according to which the regimes of laser welding in the overhead position are recommended. The results of mechanical tests and hardness measurements of welded joints obtained during laser welding of non-rotating pipe joints on samples of pipe steel of strength class K60 are presented.

Chudina О. V., Eletskiy А. V., Fedorovich S. D., Terentev E. V., Sliva A. P., Bocharov G. S., Zilova O. S. — Laser alloying of structural steels with nanocarbon materials

The work is devoted to surface strengthening of constructional steels with nanocarbon materials through the use of laser heating. It is shown that during processing of technical iron, a hardened layer with a thickness of 20...70 μm and a hardness of 950 HV and higher is formed due to the formation of eutectics, cementite, martensite, cellular substructure and grain refinement. The friction coefficient of technical iron alloyed with carbon nanomaterials is 20...30 % lower in comparison with non-strengthened samples.

Shtennikov V. N. — Protective coating of the soldering rod for the installation of apparatus for various purposes

The tests on the wear resistance, erosion resistance to molten solder materials and solder coatings for rods. Tested materials and coatings make it possible to use them for manual soldering of electronic engineering products, as it does not require the use of corrosive flux. Established analytical brazing temperature dependency changes depending on the material thickness of the protective coating rod soldering and brazing time.

Rymkevich A. I., Geller, A. B., Svanidze Y. V. — Electrodes for welding of high-chromium steels martensitic-austenitic class

The studies, which have confirmed fully satisfactory weldability of high-chromium steels martensitic-austenitic class, recommended for the manufacture of the impeller turbines, operating in the most severe conditions of cavitation. For manual arc welding of steel 06Х14Н5ДМ developed new electrodes ЦЛ-51M with the main fluoric-calcium coating composition which additionally contains nickel, molybdenum and oxide of rare earth elements, and the core wire of Св-01Х12Н2-ВИ, and providing a high durability of welded joints against formation of cold cracking and obtaining the strength characteristics of the weld metal, not inferior to the base metal steels martensitic-austenitic class while maintaining a high ductility and toughness.

Sukhov A. G., Malysh М. М., Shanchurov S. М. — Application of laser technologies at the manufacture of heat exchange equipment

Features of the laser processing technology in the manufacture various types of heat exchange equipment are considered. The technology of laser welding of fins and sheet of panels for heat exchangers made from stainless steel, which provides a reliable and hermetic connection in the absence of significant deformation is presented. The recuperator of new design for shaft furnaces allows to reduce coke consumption to 30 % and significantly increase the productivity and efficiency of metallurgical production. The manufacturing technology of the panel for flexible heat exchanger of an ironing machine with laser processing application is developed. The technology provides a tight fit of the heat exchanger to the driving drum, minimal thermal change in shape during the work "heating-cooling" cycle and high productivity.

Makarov G. I., Antonov А. А. — The method of laser interferometry for estimating the level of residual welding stresses in welded main pipelines

The application features of the laser interferometry method for estimating the level of residual welding stresses in welded main pipelines are considered in the article. The numerical analysis results of the shape and geometric parameters influence of the probe hole on the vertical displacement of the outer edge of the hole are presented. It is shown that the shape of the bottom and the depth of the hole do not have a noticeable effect on the vertical displacement amount of the hole outer edge points, which facilitates the drilling of the hole in the field at the diagnosis of main pipelines.

Volkov S. S., Bigus G. A., Remizov A. L. — Non-destructive quality control of welded joints at ultrasonic welding of plastics

There was offered a new method for non-destructive quality control of welded joints made by ultrasonic welding of polymeric materials. It’s based on controlling the energy parameters of ultrasonic vibrations that pass through the welded products and reliance on which the welding is carried out. A review of the existing methods of ultrasound energy metering is made.
