Saraev Yu. N., Bezborodov V. P., Perovskaya M. V., Semenchuk V. M., An I-Kan, Wolf E. L., Nepomnyashchy A. S. — The influence of the structure of coatings deposited with T-590 electrodes of low-carbon steel on Abrasive Wear

The paper studies the influence of electric arc surfacing modes with T590 electrodes on the properties of coatings, abrasive wear of low-carbon steel at low (negative) temperatures.
It is established that the electric arc effect, affecting the structure of the coatings deposited by the T-590 electrodes, increases their physical, mechanical and operational properties. Modification allows to increase the level of abrasive wear resistance of the deposited coatings. The use of the pulse-arc surfacing method makes it possible to preserve previously formed hardening phases in the deposited coatings. An increase in the dispersion of low-carbon steel leads to an increase in the abrasive wear resistance at low (negative) temperatures.

Tokarev A. S., Karetnikov D. V., Fayrushin A. M. — The use of alternative technologies in the repair of combined pipe connections with pipe gratings

The article proposes a technology for repairing combined pipe connections with tube gratings of heat exchangers using friction welding operations without subsequent heat treatment. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of the use of the proposed technology in the repair of combined pipe connections with 15X5M steel pipe gratings on the properties of the connection. The result of the study was the confirmation of the conformity of the samples obtained by the proposed technology, in terms of density and strength, as well as in terms of the predicted resource of reliable operation to the samples obtained by the technology widely used at the moment.

Yu. — Ultra-miniature eddy-current transducer for finding small defects of deep occurrence in the area of welded seams of high-strength steel

The presented study describes a diagram of an eddy-current measuring system built on the basis of a subminiature eddy-current transducer, intended for the study of conducting materials. The article describes the results of testing a designed measuring system for finding defects in 6XB2S steel samples, connected by a weld. The technology for creating such materials allows for significant impact resistance of finished products and provides an optimal combination of hardness and toughness. However, defects that form in the material near the weld become a serious problem in the operation of such materials.
In this study, an assessment was made of the possibility of searching for model defects hidden by a weld in two steel plates. The defects had different linear dimensions (0.3—0.9 mm) and occurred at different depths (1—2 mm). The developed system showed high efficiency of scanning and searching for defects with linear dimensions up to 0.9 mm. The search for smaller defects required a significant modernization of the developed measuring system — the introduction of a second eddy-current transducer. The article presents data confirming the feasibility of this change in the measuring system and the possibility of using a measuring system with two eddy current transducers to search for small defects occurring at a considerable depth.

Vybornov A. P., Korolev S. A., Zabolotny M. V. — Design of an assembly and welding device for welding the neck of an aluminum vessel operating under pressure

The design of an assembly and welding device for the assembly and welding of a circular seam during the manufacture of a thin-walled hemisphere made of AMg6 alloy was carried out using the finite element method. At the same time, the geometric features of the welded workpieces and the clamping elements of the device were taken into account. The thermophysical and mechanical properties of the materials used were assumed to be temperature dependent, and the heat exchange between the contacting elements took into account the properties of adjacent surfaces. The resulting stress-strain state was also taken into account.

Semykin V. N., Protsenko V. N., Sviridov D. A., Besko A. V. — Reduction of residual stresses by lead shot treatment of welded joints 12 mm thick

The effect of small lead shot shots on residual welding stresses is investigated. A butt sample made of St3 steel with dimensions 210 Ѕ 200 Ѕ 12 mm, welded with UONI 13/55 electrodes with a diameter of 3 mm at a direct current of 90...100 A of reverse polarity, was processed with shots from both sides. The stress state was determined by a non-destructive magnetoelastic method with a meter with a sensor base of 5 mm, an operating frequency of 1000 Hz, an error of the goniometer ±2 degrees. Coordinate grids with 10 Ѕ 10 mm cells were applied to both sides of the joint. In the nodes of the grids, the angles of inclination of the main sites and the values of the main voltage differences were determined by a sensor with a goniometer. Using these data, isostat fields were constructed and the stress values were calculated using the finite difference method. A direct comparison technique was used, according to which one half of the sample was protected from shots by a screen, and the other was fired with a fraction with a specific kinetic energy of 73 J/cm2. By comparing the stress states in the sample before and after the shots, a radical reduction in residual stresses from two-way processing was established. For the first time, an isotropic zone in the weld was obtained. The technology is recommended for welded joints with a thickness of 8...12 mm.

Frolov E. B., Parshina I. S., Krivonogov S. A., Akimkin A. A. — Digital technologies in the tasks of separate accounting in the State

The issues of the organization of separate accounting for the contracts of the GOZ at the machine-building enterprises of the defense industry with the use of shop management systems of the MES category are considered. The state defense order is an independent type of activity, which is included in the concept of accounting for the financial and economic activities of an enterprise. According to Federal Law No. 275-FZ, this type of activity requires separate accounting, which raises the question of the class of information systems and the method of ensuring separate accounting during its automation in the conditions of digital transformation of production.
