Pryakhin E. I., Sharapova D. M., Sharapov M. G. — Technological weldability of lowalloy steels at the hidden arc welding by high linear energy

From the research results analysis of the welded joints, that was given at welding of the low alloy high strength steel 07G2NDMFBT by linear energy to 6 kJ/mm, it is shown that the developed combination of welding materials and hidden multiarc welding technology provides its high resistance to hot cracking, and normative level properties of the seam metal. However, in spite of this steel high resistance against the cold cracks formation at the welding by high linear energy takes place significant structure degradation and reducing the viscosity of the metal in the region of large grain in the zone of the thermal influence as a result of welding thermal cycle action. It follows from this the conclusion of the steel limited technological weldability, which determines the need for restrictions in terms of the practical application of processes with high linear energy.

Lenivkin V. A., Kiselev D. V., Dyurgerov N. G. — Pulse arc welding with metal intermittent spray transfer by rectangular form impulses

Feature of producing rectangular pulses of welding power sources with inverter converters to implement intermittently-spray transfer of the electrode metal is considered. Obtaining the necessary parameters to ensure the stability of the current pulse pulsed-arc welding in shielding gas (80 % Ar + 20 % CO2) was justified.

Dragunov V. K., Terentev E. V., Sliva A. P., Goncharov A. L., Marchenkov A. Yu. — Welding speed determination at electron-beam welding of large thickness with a through burning

An improved method of a minimum acceptable welding speed calculation for an electron beam welding (EBW) of thick constructions with a complete joint penetration is proposed. Graphical charts for welding speed evaluation according to a construction thickness and a keyhole diameter are obtained for the "40Kh13" steel, for the "5V" titanium alloy and for the "D16" aluminum alloy.
Results of experiments confirming the method validity are presented.

The results of studies on the processes electropulse example spark universal installation "Big-5", including the definition of energy efficiency parameters and the process using a new technique.
The method is based on the automatic registration process and a pulsed processing it using computer programs, provide data about the number of pulses of energy, pulse duration and current.
It can be recommended for the study of impulse processes with the creation of new technology for electrophysical and electrochemical material processing and diagnosis of such equipment in a production environment.

Conducted studies assessing the quality of the resistance welding quality valuation reasonability of the technology samples of the lead-acid batteries interconnections on the grounds of the torsion test is substantiated by с researches. The original design of specialized stand for the tests fulfilment is proposed.

Mazepa A. G., Mastenko V. Yu. — The lowcycle fatigue resistance research of the steel 10GN2MFA with a uniform single-layer anticorrosion coating (USLAC), made through the use of the submerged ribbon pad

Method of test for resistance to low-cycle fatigue with the use of special samples of uniform single-layer anti-corrosion coating (USLAC) steel 10GN2MFA is offered. The coating is ESW tape submerged. Tests performed at 20 °C with a symmetric cycle axial tension-compression (Re = –1) with a given amplitude of the ground and clad metal. Tests were carried out in the range of strain amplitudes εa = (0,28 – 0,8) %, the number of cycles to crack initiation was Ni = 340—16 000 cycles, loading frequency f = (0,25 – 2,0) Hz. Place cracks were fixed in the course of experiments.
Fatigue cracks are formed mainly in the HAZ near the weld line, and extend in the main and in the weld metal. It is shown that in the low-cycle fatigue for the investigated steel 10GN2MFA surfacing as a design factor reducing cyclic strength metal welding relatively fatigue curve for carbon and alloy steels 0,8 ≤ σ0,2/σв ≤ 0,9 with the norms of the calculation should take value ϕS = 0,68.

Ponomarev I. S., Krivonosova E. A. — Influence of electrical parameters on the efficiency of the micro-arc oxidation process of aluminum alloy D16

The research results of the energy parameters influence on the micro-arc oxidation process and the received oxidized coatings quality on aluminum alloy D16. The comparative evaluation of the received coatings during oxidation at various operation conditions of the power supply with a capacitive power adjustment is adduced. The samples surface micro structure with received coating at microarc oxidation coatings on the three modes is shown.

The basic regulations over the materials movement accounting in warehouses and manufacturing, as well as methods for monitoring their safety and utilization in economic societies are considered.
Authors recommended methods for accounting and control of materials will permit to realize the actual cost lowering their acquisition and rational utilization in the production. This will lead to a cost price reduction of the produced production and, ultimately, will have a significant impact on the increase of the organization activity financial results.
