Meyster R. A., Tokmin А. М., Padar V. A., Zeer G. M. — The effect of nitrogen on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the weld seam when welding austenitic steel

The microstructure of austenitic steel with a thickness of 1 mm after butt welding at straight polarity in nitrogen by an ER308LSI wire with a diameter of 0.8 mm in a row is studied.
The central zone of the weld has a uniform dendritic structure. According to the results of electron microscopy studies in dispersed particles a high nitrogen content is observed.
The microhardness of the welding seam significantly exceeds the microhardness of the base metal. When testing welding seams for static tension, fracture occurs on the base metal.

The paper presents way and modes of multipass laser welding of details from austentic chrome-nickel steels. Geometric parameters of special and asymmetric edge preparations for laser welding are given. Presented results of hardness measurements and macrostructural researches of welded joints metal. A mechanical test cycle has been completed that meets the operating conditions of cryogenic steels.

Kogan Ya. D., Bogdanova N. V. — Formation of undetachable mechanical joints by cold plastic deformation

The article discusses the theoretical basis of choice of materials for the formation of permanent mechanical connections, pipeline components (fittings and pipes) by cold plastic deformation.
To ensure the tightness of the choice of materials and dimensions of the contacting pairs is based on the elastic aftereffect of materials, elastic after-effect of pipe material must exceed the elastic aftereffect of the material of the fitting.
Provides guidelines and examples of material selection — corrosion-resistant steel, aluminum and titanium alloys for production of permanent joints by various methods of plastic deformation.

Feofanov A. N., Ovchinnikov V. V., Gubin А. М. — Fixed joints of dispersion-hardened composite materials based on aluminum, made by friction stir welding

Structural features and mechanical properties of welded compounds of composite materials on an aluminum basis, with dispersal hardening of particles of aluminum oxide and silicon carbide, obtained by welding friction with mixing, were investigated. It has been shown that the use of friction welding with mixing provides a fairly high level of mechanical properties of compounds of studied composite materials. At the same time, there are no significant phase-structural changes in the seam metal and the accompanying areas of the compound compared to the main material.
The mechanical properties and structure of the joints of granular aluminium alloy 01419 and the foundry composite based on the System Al—Zn—Mg have been studied. Welding it is shown that the STP does not initiate significant structural changes in these materials.

Pismenniy А. А., Lukin М. А. — Flash butt welding of large diameter pipes

Automatic flash butt welding (FW) of large-diameter pipe butt joints is a domestic technology dating back to the 1970s and 1980s. FWtechnology of main pipes is universally recognized as reliable, which is proved by the long-term practice of operating 6 thousand kilometers of gas pipelines in the Far North. It was industrially mastered only at the Pskov Heavy Electric Welding Equipment Plant (TESO), with the support of the Institute of Electric Welding (IES) named after E. O. Paton Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR (Kiev). Several dozens of cars were produced, mainly intended for work in highway conditions, as part of the well-known "Sever-1" project. Proven technology is developing today. The modern level of the introduced equipment for automatic control of the welding process ensures a consistently high quality of welded joints and minimizes the risks associated with the level of training of welding operators.

The paper analyzes the non-destructive quality control methods of the parts and products made by friction stir welding, substantiates the relevance of the acoustic emission method choice at monitoring various types of defects. Experimental studies for evaluation the applicability of the acoustic emission method were carried out. The corresponding conclusions were formulated.

STANDARDIZATION, PRODUCTION QUALITY

Belobragin V. Ya., Buriy A. S., Gerasimov B. I., Strekha A. A. — Harmonization of standardization documents as a key element of the innovation process

The issues of the documents harmonization and actualization on aspects such as standardization on the example of all-Russian classifiers (all-RC) of technical, economic and social information are considered. The place of the all-Russian standards classifier in the system for preparing standardization documents, as well as the relationship between all-RC and the state standard specification nomenclature is indicated. The necessity of actualization and harmonizing documents in the field of standardization for ensuring the innovative development of advanced technologies in the domestic industrial sector is marked.

Balvanovich A. V., Goncharov V. V., Mironov A. N., Pankina G. V., Shestopalova O. L. — Prediction of reference values of indicators of technical excellence of high-tech engineering products in the context of incomplete information on the results of tests of competing samples

The article discusses the features of forecasting required to assess the technical level of high-tech products of mechanical engineering reference values of indicators of technical perfection, taking into account the incompleteness of information about the test results.
Fuzzy estimates of indicators of technical perfection are introduced, the method of construction of fuzzy linear regression dependences of reference values of indicators of technical perfection is described. The method of transformation of forecast fuzzy reference values to interval estimates of deterministic type is offered. It allows to distinguish two variants of the reference regression curve: pessimistic and optimistic.
