Razmyshlyaev A. D., Ageeva M. V., Yarmonov S. V., Vydmysh P. A. — Modeling of the transverse magnetic field generated by means of arc welding devices

It is shown that at input devices design (ID) optimization of the transverse magnetic field (TMF) for arc welding is possible to use a modelling method of the constant magnetic field generated by the ID TMF, the electric current field flowing in the flat model from electrically conductive materials.
In this case, the electric field power lines when the current flows in a model environment conform to the magnetic field power lines (lines of induction) generated by the ID TMF. Through the use of this modelling method is established, that in order to achieve the maximum values of the magnetic field transverse component in the welding arc zone, electrode drops and liquid metal weld pool such ID TMF designs are optimum, in which the rods angle inclination to the vertical is 45°, and the rods end surfaces have chamfers parallel to the plane of the plates to be welded.

Akhunova A. Kh., Valitova E. V., Dmitriev S. V., Valitov V. A., Lutfullin R. Ya. — Mathematical modeling of the surface relief pattern effect on the plastic deformation localization in the pressure welding zone

This paper analyzes the characteristics of plastic deformation at the junction of dissimilar heat resistant materials by welding pressure in the presence of variable depth of the relief on the welded surfaces by using the finite element method. It is shown that welding quality can be improved by choosing a large relief depth away from the edges of the welded surfaces.

ECONOMICS AND PRODUCTION ORGANIZATION

Leonov G. P., Panin V. N. — Features of the welding production organization in connection with the legislation implementation on technical regulation

Based on a brief analysis of the relationship technical regulations with the standards of the corresponding levels and their importance in achieving a major goal — namely, safety of the final product.
The requirements to the organization of assembly-welding production, which was built on the basis of international principles are formulated on the grounds of brief analysis of the technical regulations relationship with the standards of the corresponding levels and their importance in achieving a major goal — namely, safely of the final product.
These requirements concern to the following main aspects:
— the production organization compliance not only the requirements of ISO 9001, but ISO 3834 as a basic standard with regard to the welding production;
— SMK welding production must be regarded as a complete system that combines general purpose of a11 significant quality components, as well as be outsectirial;
— the individual characteristics of each industry or enterprise should be reflected in the relevant industry or enterprise regulatory documentation;
— attention is accentuated on the welding head personal responsibility for the accsepted decisions, the competence of which must correspond with the requirements of ISO 14731.
A brief commentary concerning other approaches to welding production organization distinct from the international are adduced.
