Markov S. P., Murzin V. V., Zhivotovskiy R. P. — Stress-strain state after welding of statically indeterminable bar structures

The analysis of residual welding distortions and stresses as a result of welding of beam structures under the conditions of constraints during their possible repair or strengthening to increase beam strength is carried out. For conditions of restrictions of displacements and rotation angles in several cross-sections the developed method of calculations includes two rapidly convergent iterative processes of sequential accurate definition, at first, of actual and plastic strains in the cross-sections on the base of yield theory and, secondly, of the external and internal forces and bending moments caused by constraints along the structure by the finite element method.

Shiganov I. N., Mishin М. А., Shamov Е. М., Begunov I. A., Sharipov A. D. — The effect of steel magnetization on the seam formation at laser welding

The paper considers the effect of magnetization of the material, such as pipeline, on the process of laser welding in slit cutting with filler wire. It is shown that the value of magnetization up to 250 GS has no effect on the formation of the root of the seam in different spatial positions. It is established that the laser beam is not subject to deviation from the joint during welding as a result of magnetization. Laser welding in narrow cutting in different spatial positions is not affected by magnetization of the materials to be joined.

Shamov Е. М., Mishin М. А., Shiganov I. N., Taksants M. V., Efimov Е. А. — Features of pulsed laser welding with deep fusion penetration

The influence of the effects of high-power laser pulses on 09G2S steel under conditions of deep penetration welding with LS-10 fiber laser is considered. Welding was carried out using filler wire in the flat-position. It is shown that the use of pulsed modes of the fiber laser LS-10 allows to obtain high-quality welded joints with deep penetration.
It was found that pulsed laser welding with frequencies from 10 to 50 Hz and a speed of 0.6 m/min can reduce the heat input in comparison with continuous beam welding by 20—30 %. With the combination of certain pulse parameters, the primary crystallization of the weld changes from columnar to columnar-equiaxed in the center of the weld.

Poletaev Yu. V., Poletaev V. Yu. — The tendency evaluation of steel welded joints 15X2NMFA-VRV to the cracks formation during tempering

A method for testing of the inclination of welded connections to the formation of TTO in the midst of isothermal relaxation stress. The technique allows to predict the behavior of production of welded joints with thermal processing (leave) based on the results of laboratory tests. The influence of basic parameters of thermal cycle of welding and thermal processing of metal embrittlement on kinetics of heat affected zone (HAZ) steel 15H2NMFA-VRV. It is shown that the high linear energy if electroslag welding is the main reason for the weakening boundaries of major direct (0—1 point) of grains. Further development of the process of dispersion hardening with repeated heating (vacation) contributes to a relative razuprochneniju and destruction of borders... Hardening is caused by the allocation of type carbides Me7C3 and Me3C with repeated heating. Found that heat treatment process there is a noticeable decrease in firmness of Haz metal steel 15H2NMFA-VRV vs TTO in the temperature range of 853...873 K within the first three hours of heating. In this connection, it is recommended that a thermal processing welded connections hold at temperature equal or greater to 893 K, with a duration of not less than 5...8 h.

Evtikhiev N. N., Shamov Е. М., Tatarenko A. Yu., Mishin М. А., Bashlaev V. S., Shiganov I. N. — Narrow cropping multi-pass hybrid laser arc welding

The paper considers a method of hybrid laser-arc welding of thick-walled parts into a special narrow gap of edges. Macro sections and macrostructural analysis of welded joints made of low carbon steel are presented. The welding processes were fixed by means of a high-speed note. The method under consideration is compared with multipass laser welding with filler wire. The effect of the arrangement of the laser beam and wire on the transfer of the electrode metal to the weld pool is fixed.

Grigoryants A. G., Kazaryan М. А., Lyabin N. A., Shiganov I. N., Bogdanov A. V. — Possibilities of pulsed copper vapor lasers (CVLs) for microprocessing of materials

The paper presents the possibilities of using technological equipment based on CO2 solid-state and fiber lasers for machining materials. Laser technology allows you to achieve both high technical and economic results. For microprocessing at the electronic products a special place is occupied by technological equipments with short-pulse, highfrequency lasers with low pulse energy and low reflection coefficient of the visible and ultraviolet radiation spectrum, in particular with a copper vapor laser (CVL). Almost any metal materials, a large circle of dielectrics and semiconductors are effectively processed in the evaporation mode by CVL radiation with a nanosecond pulse duration and wavelengths of 0.51 and 0.58 μm.
