Kolokolnikov S. Ì., Steklov Î. I.Evaluation of the welded joints stress state heterogeneity before and after heat treatment based on the method of the metal magnetic memory

The research results of the welded samples stress state before and after thermal treatment (TT) on the basis of the metal magnetic memory method (MMM) are adduced. The correlation between the change in the stress state of the welded joint and strength of the own dispersion magnetic field, formed during the welding process in a weak geomagnetic field conditions is shown. Efficient zones detection of the welded joints stress state heterogeneity received by the MMM method and the evaluation of their changes after thermal treatment is proposed.

Trushnikov D. N., Belenkiy V. Ya. — The formation model of non-self-maintained discharge in the plasma at electron-beam welding

A model of the formation of non-self-maintained discharge in the plasma at electron-beam welding is proposed. The concentration of electrons and the average energy of the electrons in the plasma over the area of the electron beam exposure are calculated by solving the pair of convection-diffusion equations for the electron density and average energy. For the numerical model used in the construction of an application the applied software package Comsol 4.3, Plasma Module module, DC Discharge expansion was utilized for the numerical calculations when model designing. The developed model allows the calculation of plasma parameters both over the welding area, as well as directly in the emerging burn-through channel.

Alyakrinskiy Î. N., Logachev P. V., Semenov Yu. I. — Investigation of electronbeam welding in an external magnetic field

A study of the electron beam welding process of stainless steel in a strong magnetic field is carried out. The fluctuations suppressing possibility of the welded joint root penetration depth at electron beam welding of non-magnetic metals and alloys is shown. Suppression of fluctuations happens at joint penetration restriction through the turn of the electron beam. A permanent dipole magnet with rapidly collapse magnetic field was used for the trajectory curvature of the electron beam and its turn.

Lyushinskiy À. V. — The parts joining of the heat-resistant alloy by diffusion welding (Part 1)

The effectiveness of diffusion welding application for joints parts from the nickel heat-resistant alloys is confirmed. It is proposed to apply intermediate layers from a nickel for the mechanical properties improving, the parts plastic deformation reducing, softening of welded nickel heat-resistant alloys eliminating.

Parshin S. G. — The influence research of the gaseous halide SF6 on the MAG-welding process of carbon steel S235JR

In the article the research results of carbon steel S235JR MAG-welding process with the sulphur hexafluoride SF6 introduction in the carbonic acid at a concentration of 1,6 to 6,4 % are adduced.
The aim of research was to improve the drip metal transfer and the formation of the welding joint at the MAG-welding in the environment of carbonic acid. When introducing sulphur hexafluoride SF6 in carbonic acid the electrode melting process change occures, spatter and short circuits duration reduces. Drip transfer rate increases to 1,6 times, the penetration depth increases to 66 %, and the seam width is reduced to 36 %. At the same time the welding current increases, the arc voltage, the amplitude of the current deviation and the arc voltage decrease in a wide range of welding parameters.

Lukin V. I., Rylnikov V. S., Orekhov N. G., Afanasev-Khodykin A. N., Kolodochkina V. G., Galushka I. A. — Brazing features of the single-crystal alloys VGM4 and VGM5

In this article the processes in monocrystal nickel heat resisting alloys during the brazing process have been investigated. The methods of prevention a recrystallization process in monocrystal alloys are offered. The microstructure of brazing joints between VGM4 and VGM 5 is studied. The Influence of thermal processes on a microstructure of brazing joints between VGM4 and VGM5 is investigated. The strength of brazing joints is determined.

Dragunov V. K., Goncharov A. L., Portnov Ì. À. — Effect of the electron beam welding technological parameters on welded joints structure and mechanical properties of austenitic steel with a bronze at the manufacture of power engineering structures

The work deals with the research of the combined welded joints obtaining possibility from austenitic steel 316L(N) with bronzes brands CuCr1Zr and CuAl10Ni5Fe4 with thickness of 30 mm via an electron beam welding. The researches of the welded joint formation from heterogenius materials were carried out and the parameters of the electron beam welding are established. Also, researches of the microstructure, mechanical properties and chemical composition of the obtained welded joints obtained were carried out. It is shown the possibility of achieving of mechanical properties values of metal welded joints at the main bronze metal level atn the process implementation in accordance with brazing-welding scheme, which will require of accuracy and stability level increasing of the electron beam parameters such as technological tool.

Panin V. N. — The specifics accounting of social processes in the technical regulation

It is noted that one of the principal, if not the main tasks of the Customs Union technical regulations is to ensure the safety of the final product. When the products manufacturing with the use of "special" (welding) process for these products safety valuation must take into account the specificity of these processes. To achieve this goal is proposed to certify welding production quality system in compliance with objectives of the certain international standsrts or regional standards, harmonized with international standarts, which takes into account this specificity. These standards should be included in the list of standards with corresponding technical regulations. From this position, a brief analysis of the three TR CU, "Lists" standards to them, as well as the European Directive 97/23 / EC "Equipment, operating under pressure" is carried out. A complete requirements mismatch of ÒÐ ÒÑ and the ÅÑ Directive (dealing with the same equipment type), with point of view the specifics of "special" (welding) processes when evaluating the safety of the end product manufactured through the use the processes mentioned above is shown. The recommendations over to remedy the situation correction are given.
