Efimenko N. G., Artemova S. V., Sitnikov P. A. — Influence of welding methods and heating temperature on residual stresses in welded joints from steel 15X1M1FL

The residual stresses in welded joints during defect rewelding in thick-walled cast housing structures from steel 15Kh1M1FL, made without heating and with heating are researched.
The stress levels are established. The inappropriateness of the preheating usage in the case of the improved method application of cross slide welding is confirmed experimentally.

Matyunin V. М., Goncharov А. L., Marchenkov А. Yu., Zhgut D. А., Abuseyf N. Bobodzhanov А., Lunin V. P. — The mechanical properties control of dissimilar steels welded joints from different structural classes

The mechanical properties of a heterogeneous butting welded joint of steel 20 with steel 12X18H10T, made by electron beam welding (EBW), are investigated. A detecting methodology for the mechanical properties distribution in the cross section of the tested welded joint by indenter scratching is proposed. The methodology allows you to identify the most weak points in welded joints, is characterized by high productivity and can be used as a method of express quality control of welded joints at the stage of development of welding technology, as well as to control finished products. The features of the methodology application are stated and the results of control with the results obtained by the microindentation method are compared.

Melnikova М. А., Taksants М. V., Tareva А. А., Kholopov А. А., Volkova А. А. — Study of the one-dimensional rollers formation features in the growing process by pulsed selective laser melting

Selective laser melting using a pulsed radiation source is a non-trivial method of additive technologies for powder materials, which allows to solvesome problems that intrinsic to continuous processing. The features of growing one-dimensional single tracksformation were determined based on the results of the experiment. The range of parameters that re-melt the powder is determined. A mathematical model of the influence of the parameters on the track was calculated. The examples are given.

Pashkov I. N., Misnikov V. E., Morozov V. A., Tavolzhanskiy S. A. — Induction brazing of carbide cutters for a mining tool. The choice of composition and solder form

Soldering a rock-destroying tool has its own characteristics, which are determined by the operating conditions of various types of mining tools. Efficiency is determined by the value of mining tool possible pass in the breed or by the duration of work until replacement.
It depends as on the tool design and the quality of the hard alloy, as on the quality of the soldered seam, which, in turn, depends on the used materials and the soldering technology.
The general issues of the most common designs of soldered joints, the possibility of choosing the composition and shape of solder and their influence on the quality of the resulting soldered joints are considered.

Melnikova М. A., Kholopov А. А., Fomina S. А., Volkova А. А., Petrovskaya А. А. — About the effect of the laser radiation reflection coefficient on the pulsed processing of metal powders

The results of the analysis are presented, confirming that under pulsed laser exposure, the reflection coefficient from the surface, which largely determines the effective efficiency of technological processes. Laser processing efficiency can vary from 5 to 90 % for the same material. This is due to some factors: physicochemical characteristics of the processed material, temperature, density of laser energy, repeated irradiations, angle of the beam incidence, wavelength of irradiation.

Investigated the influence of the welding gaps between the welded edges on the signal value from electronic emission sensorduring the sealing of radio equipment housings using electron beam welding (EBW).The degree of influence of electron beam current changes (with constant focussystem current) on the depth of the melt with an increasing gap between the welded edges is determined.

Krasnopevtsev A. Yu. — Differences, advantages and disadvantages of soldering compared to welding

To obtain fixed joints, welding, soldering and adhesion are used in the technique. Soldering is one of the oldest connection methods. At the beginning of the XX century, it is pulsed to the sidelines in connection with the appearance of new welding methods, but in the middle of the century it is again in demand in connection with the development of aviation and astronautics. Even begin to speak about the second birth of soldering.
And in the XXI century — already about the third birth, associated with the expansion of the composite materials usage. Today in the world more than 170 universities are working in the field of soldering; the volume of its practical application is constantly expanding.
Unfortunately, in our country, soldering is gradually excluded even from those branches of technology where it has always been traditionally used. One of the reasons for this development is the lack of awareness among specialists and managers of industrial enterprises about the possibilities of soldering and the advantages of its use. The article provides a detailed comparison of technological definitions for welding and soldering according to state standards. On the basis of comparison results four main technical differences between soldering and welding are featured.
The technical advantages of soldering arising from technical differences are analyzed in detail. These advantages, in turn, determine the possibility to obtain socially useful advantages, such as increasing the level and stability of quality, labor productivity, production culture, reducing material consumption, improving working conditions, expanding technological capabilities, etc.
The soldering disadvantages and the possibilities of overcoming or reducing them during the development of technology and the choice of materials for soldering are considered.
The results of the conducted analysis can be useful for manufacturers of industrial products when choosing a method for producing permanent joints in each specific case.

ECONOMIC AND PRODUCTION ORGANIZATION

Zagidullin R. R. — Optimization of the technological equipment for subjectclosed areas

The forming method of the technological equipment optimal composition for subjectclosed sections (SCS) of the machine-building enterprises is considered. The different alternative for building SCSs based on the theory of queuing are analyzed; models and their corresponding objective functions, as well as recommendations for the formation of multinomenclature SCSs that can be used in small-scale and mass production are developed.
The proposed models have universal nature.
