Thermal deformation processes features for single-arc and twin-arc welding of the joints with different shapes of beveling are researched. Based on experimental researches, it was found that all kinds of deformations are lower by using constricted shapes of beveling than by using standard beveling. Additionally, reduce the article deformation level can be reduce through the use of the twin-arc welding. According to the study results, it was noted that in the final stage of welding in the vicinity of the article edge it is necessary to make adjustments of the mode parameters for overheating effect elimenation caused by the reflection of the heat flux from the edge.

Are calculated articles heat balance of the melting electrodes with exothermic mixture of the coating. Found that the temperature 1000 K at which the exothermic reaction proceeds efficiently achieved at a distance of about 1 mm from the electrode tip.lt is proved that the introduction to the coating of the electrodes exothermic mixture to 53,4 % increases the values effective coefficient of efficiency heating: of the base metal from 0,715 to 0,815 and the electrode from 0,28 to 0,415.

Sosnovskiy I. A., Kuznechik O. O., Kurilenok A. A., Belotserkovskiy M. A., Grigorev E. G. — Induction centrifugal facing of charge on the basis of tin bronze powder with the addition of finely dispersed boehmit

A method for the induction centrifugal fasing of the charge on the basis of the medium dipersibility tin bronze powder with the addition of finely finely dispersed Boehmite, which is an intermediate product for receipt of the nanodispersed modifier ((α-Al2O3). Distinctive property of this method is possibility to receive the nanodispersed modifier and its uniform distribution in the liquid phase coating through the welding modes creation providing a chemical transformation in the charge contained intermediate product in the nanodispersed modifier. The results of metallographic researches and tribe-technical tests of these coatings are adduced. Optimum amount of Boehmite content (2—3 %) in the charge, providing after induction centrifugal deposit highest antifriction and wear-resistant properties rates of coatings based on tin bronze is experimentally established.
