Gareev I. S., Sobko S. A., Smirnov Yu. G., Pisarev М. С., Lezhnev D. N., Ageev K. А. — Features of welded joints based on zirconium-niobium alloy

The research results of the weldability evaluation and the development of technology for electron-beam, laser, and argon-arc welding of zirconium alloy are presented. The weldability of zirconium alloy with titanium alloy OT4 at EBW is studied. Optimum parameters of welding modes, which allow obtaining high-quality welded joints with a complete fusion without internal defects are determined.
A comparative analysis of the welding method influence on the properties of welded joints is performed through the use of a set of analytical methods of investigation (metallography, microhardness measuring, fractography). The advantages of EBS are shown.
The research results allow to recommend zirconium and alloys based on it as a constructional material for the production of welded structures with through seams and strength of joints of at least 90 % of the strength of the base metal.

Ponomarev М. А., Kurkin А. S. — Development of the reinforced nozzles designs (veldolets) on the basis of computer simulation of their fatigue strength

The methodic of weldolets design based on detection of common features of tee connections deforming with computer modeling is represented. The simplified model was used to find out the deforming mechanism of tee connections of weldolet with pipe. The mechanism were studied for different diameters ratio of branch and in-service pipes The common factors of stress concentrations were identified based on the deforming mechanisms for the most loaded zones. The recommendations of the weldolet geometry parameters based on the decline of the identified factors influences on the fatigue strength were proposed. The full-scale experiments of the weldolet structures confirmed the recommendations.

Cherepnin Yu. S., Semenov A. N., Uvarov А. А. — Development of design and technology for diffusion welding of bimetallic cylindrical compounds "austenitic steel — zirconium alloy"

The design and technology of diffusion welding in a vacuum of a cylindrical transition joint of austenitic steel with a zirconium alloy have been developed to carry out high-temperature mechanical tests of welded to a zirconium part of a zirconium pipe joint. The micro-and macrostructure of welded joints has been studied. The maximum load that the "austenitic steel-zirconium alloy" specimen withstands at a temperature of 420 °C is determined.

Shlyapin A. D., Poroshin V. V., Zyabrev I. A. — The formation optimization of the gas-powder flow during laser deposition

The article is devoted to the formation investigation of a gas-powder flow through the use of two chamber and three chamber nozzles for laser deposition. Questions on the formation of a deposited layer with scanning of laser radiation are considered. The use of a three chamber nozzle made it possible to obtain in one pass a deposited layer 10 mm wide and 3,2 mm high. The results of experiments on changing the flow rate of the transport gas, the distance from the nozzle cut to the melting zone, the consumption of the filler powder and the processing speed are given. Optimum parameters of the gas-powder laser treatment process for receiving the specified characteristics of the deposited layers are obtained.

Kovtunov A. I., Khokhlov Yu. Yu., Myamin S. V. — Influence of aluminum melt nickel alloying on liquid-phase processes at formation of composite materials foam-aluminum-titanium

Foam aluminum is a promising material with a unique combination of mechanical and operational properties: low specific gravity, low coefficient of thermal conductivity, ability to absorb acoustic and electromagnetic oscillations, the ability to deform under constant load.
To increase the mechanical properties of foams, it has been proposed to use layered composite structures as foam aluminum-titanium, which can be successfully prepared by mold filling with molten aluminum with installed titanium sheets, between which is a layer of water-soluble granules. Increasing the adhesion strength between foam aluminum and titanium is ensured by aluminum alloying with nickel. The processes investigation of aluminum wetting and spreading doped with nickel on titanium under the conditions of formation of foam aluminum-titanium composites is carried out. The influence of flux composition, melt temperature and degree of doping on the spreading area of aluminum on titanium, the wetting strength and adhesion strength of aluminum and titanium is established.

Products made of glass fiber rein forced plastics (GFRP) are widely use din many departments of modern in dustry, in particular, in the construction of pedestrian and automobile bridges. Dimensional processing by internal and external contours is used at the final stage of their manufacture, for example, to form through holes for different propouses.
For this, mechanical machining and laser cutting are used. The laser processing has an umber of advantages, suchas: notool wear, high speed and precision cutting, flexibility in adjusting process parameters and processing algorithm, stable part quality. As are sult of experimental studies of the GFRP with at hickness 7 and 8 mm and matrix base donviny lesterres in dimensional processing by cw radiation of ytterbium fiber laser with a wavelength 1,06 μm the main technological parameters that ensure high quality and processing speed are determined.A comparative investigation of themachin in gmetho deffecton themechanical strength of GFRP samples in accordance with GOST 33344—2015 "Pultruded structural profiles of polymeric materials" were carried out.

The verification of the measurement methodology for the parameters "thickness" (parameter characterized by the thickness of the welded edges) and the "gap" (parameter characterized by the distance between the root side of the welded edges and the back) was performed. Experimental researches the influence of the parameters "thickness" and "gap" on the quality of the aluminum butt welded joints obtained by friction stir welding were carried out. The results of non-destructive (X-ray) and destructive (static tensile and bending tests, metallographic) researches of samples obtained at different values of the parameters "thickness" and "gap" are adduced.

Tsukurov О. А. — State, problems of development and prospects for the application of technical regulations for products whose safety is determined by welding processes

It is adduced a brief review of the modern system principles of technical regulation in the Russian Federation, the Eurasian Economic Community (EEC), Customs Union (CU) and the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) in relation to technical regulations on products for the manufacture of which welding processes are applied.
It is evaluated the conformity of the current technical regulations of the Customs Union-TR TC 032/2013 "On the safety of equipment operating under excessive pressure" to the requirements of the fundamental technical documents of the Customs Union in the field of technical regulation, European Directive 97/23 / EC and the Federal Law RF "On Technical Regulation".
It is indicated the necessity to identify the objects of technical regulation in the schedule, including welding processes, the establishment and implementation of requirements for them and compliance evaluation of the regulation objects with the technical regulations.
The objects of technical regulation (products, materials, welding processes) and the corresponding standards of the European Reference Directive 23/97 EC "On the safety of equipment operating under excessive pressure" for usage in the technical regulations of the Customs Union are considered.
Explanations over the application of the "Recommendations on the content and the standard structure of the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union" regarding the management of technical regulation facilities in the schedule are given.
The article is mainly addressed to developers of technical schedules, direct executors of requirements of technical schedules requirements — manufacturers of products, as well as specialists of certification agency that validate the conformity of products to the regulations of TR TC 032/2013.
